Heard great things about about this company so went ahead and booked a very important trip 3 weeks ago and paid in full for a pick at a specific time. This just didn't happen taxi was dispatched after it was meant to arrive and arrived to late that we had to make other arrangements to get 2 connections in time. What a shame not happy at all.

My driver was brilliant. I had a trolley that was full of things. He lodged it in the seat behind me and put a seat belt across so it didn’t go anywhere. He was very patient as I’m disabled, I was slow in getting in but I wasn’t rushed at all. A credit to your company

Donna my driver taking me to a very important hospital appointment was absolutely brilliant. She didn’t just drop me off she accidentally went into the hospital to make sure I was in the correct place and then arranged for the hospital to get me a wheelchair then got me safely into the clinic I was attending.
She was very very good indeed and was emphatic and helpful so the journey was great thank you Donna.

Appalling, unreliable and dishonest! I have been a regular user of Handsome Cabs and use their app. I spend a lot of money between myself and my family using this company.
At a time when I’ve had to use it more when I’ve had a family member in hospital an urgently having to pick someone up from school too they let me down and lied about it.
I booked a return journey to go to the school and back(Out of school hours) They took the booking, which was in advance. Eight minutes before the taxi was due, they sent a message saying the taxi had been cancelled.
The operator said you must’ve been out then or on a school run, I replied with I have been here the whole time and no Taxi has shown up because I’ve checked my camera and the window. Then he proceeded to say that the taxi was a different time to what I had booked it, but I have a record of the time I have booked it for on a confirmation text.
He proceeded to put me on hold and hung up on me took several attempts to get back through. I ended up having to use a withheld number to get back in.
Eventually, I’ve got through to somebody else who said no a taxi had not been sent even though the first guy told me it had and I was out apparently, The real reason was they had taken too many bookings and decided eight minutes before I was due to be picked up they were going to cancel it.
Handsome Cabs get your act together! Do not take bookings if you can’t cope with it if you’re gonna cancel give somebody a lot of notice so they can at least arrange to get another taxi to pick them up.
This was disgraceful service. It was bad enough. I was let down as a regular customer, but the fact that I was blatantly lied to. I made it look like it was all my fault.
