I want to make a complaint about your very unpleasant employee driving the mini bus with the reg YHII CHX this morning through Hawkhurst at 8:30
Whilst waiting at the traffic lights to take my daughter to school I wound down my window and gave her a wave and very politely asked if she would mind letting me go. If you don’t get let out at that junction you can be sitting at the traffic lights for a very long time. I had to get my daughter to school quickly so that I could get myself to my cancer treatment at the hospital where I get seen for incurable breast cancer! Your nasty female driver shouted “what?” At me and when I asked her again, she shouted “No!” before blocking me off. She had no reason to be kind to me this morning, it was a choice and she opted not to be. I’m not sure of the standard of the people you’re employing but if she’s anything to go by then I’ll avoid at all costs and never expect one of your drivers on the road to be courteous or kind to other road users again.
What a disappointing way to start a Monday. I hope yours goes better and I hope you pass this message on to that woman and she can perhaps learn some humility. You never know what someone else is going through and what being a nice person would have meant for them.

My child was on the bus and this bus driver was angry at her because the bus driver did not have change. I am sorry but if they are a bus driver they should know that not everyone is able to have a bus card so my daughter had to pay with cash and could not get change because the shops near her would not let her get change unless she bought something. The reason why she couldn’t buy something at the shops for change is because she needed the money for her bus journeys throughout the week. I would just like to say that some bus drivers may be lovely but some are terribly rude.

I have recently moved to Kent and live on the 297 bus route. I must say, having come here from Somerset, I am really impressed with the local bus drivers. Every one of them I have travelled with has been friendly and helpful. Being new to the area I often have to ask for help/directions and the drivers, without exception, have been patient, pleasant and helpful. I cannot fault the service.

Very poor service, drivers horrible to children, and have awful communication skills. They save your card details too i wasnt aware my sons card had been declined and nobody told him or me and then they kept requesting money from his bank numerous times.
Awful company. Shame they are used for school runs.

As a parent, please be aware that some of the drivers are not as nice as others on the occasion, if your son or daughter is on David’s (Dave ) bus then be aware he will scream in a 11 yr old girls face and make them cry and physically frightened and shake he has no compassion and in all fairness should not be allowed to transport children around. How this man is allowed to do the job he does is beyond me, as a parent we pay £350 a year to take are children to school not to be abused, how dare a fully grown man subject a child to this behaviour. Please parents be aware
