This is an older hotel and looks a little dated from the outside. The inside is acceptable, but nothing stands out as great. Check in was an easy process.||The room was your standard affair, again nothing stood out a little dated but enough room for two with open suitcases to move around. Bathroom was OK, and clean.||Breakfast buffet was good with the typical UK offerings.||Carparking is attached to the hotel, with limited spaces and it pay to park. You can leave the car and walk if you want to do a bit of exploring as most points of interest are within walking distance.

This is a good hotel made excellent by the friendly, attentive, professional and fun front of house staff. Nothing was to much trouble. In fact hats off to all the staff. They were all incredible.

The rooms are big, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The air-con was icy cold on a hot August day. The bathrooms are modern with a powerful hot shower. Ironing boards and irons in every room. Centrally located. Breakfast was included in the price and plentiful. Hot, cold, fresh waffles, fabulous.

We stopped for 2 nights for my son’s wedding at Kelham Island and these guys made the run up and the following morning so hassle free. There were 4 generations of our family stopping and we all agreed our stay was perfect.

Berkay

We found the staff wonderfully friendly, attentive and always ready to help, with a special mention to Alice for making our stay extra pleasant. The rooms were a good size and spotless, although the décor felt a touch dated. Breakfast was a real highlight with plenty of variety, great flavours and excellent quality. We especially appreciated the cherry tomatoes, cucumber and cheese, which were a lovely touch. Finishing with a freshly made waffle was the perfect sweet treat to start the day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Pendragon

We stayed here for a night as a family of 4, after watching gladiators nearby. We therefore arrived quite late, but had done check in online the day before. We went to reception to get our key card and were on floor 2. We were welcomed, but weren't pointed at the correct lift/stairs as these are at the back of the hotel. Incidentally the lift was out of order, but not an issue to walk up a few flights. The room was a decent size, however there was an oddly placed support pillar next to the end of the main bed, towards the bathroom. You could fit around it, but there was a gap the other side that you could squeeze through as well. Just very odd to have that as part of the design! The room was clean, bathroom was a decent size, however we were only left 3 large towels for a family of 4. Not ideal and didn't actually notice until the fourth person got out of the shower!|Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. They could do with some more gluten free options, such as sausages that are gluten free.

This place always delivers great service, they look after you and are so welcoming. The reception staff are brilliant. Iram, Laura, Lilly are awesome and Jack really went extra mile for me this visit what a star. Great for on site parking and good road in and out of the city. This place is like a second home. Stuart sales manager is also a legend.

Often stay over in Sheffield, first time here, won't be the last. Room 703, top floor, decent size,good shower, lovely towels good value as rate included a pretty decent breakfast that was easily worth 10 to 15 quid. Bathroom door didn't close fully so whilst using the toilet it's not totally private. Stayed Friday night, quiet. Front of house staff absolutely lovely, professional but with a human touch. Good location,a short walk into trendy kelham island area and another short walk to the city centre. Premier mini market across the road with good selection of beers and wines and try the great little coffee roastery around the corner.its not a fancy hotel but good value, great staff throughout and well located.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion extra special with thoughtful touches in the room – it honestly blew us away. You don’t realise how much that meant to us, it made the whole experience unforgettable.

The staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The little details really set this hotel apart, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We’ll definitely be back again soon and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere that truly goes the extra mile.

The hotel is in an excellent location with the city centre a short walk away. There is a small outdoor car park at the side of the hotel and we arrived in between check out and check in times and there were several spaces available. There is also an overflow multi storey car park on the left if you go through the outdoor car park. If you can it's best to leave your car in it's space and book it in for the duration of your stay using the car park q code which is on display which we did and we used public transport to get anywhere we couldn't walk to.||The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful especially the girl at breakfast who helped me with how to make waffles for my son as I have never used a waffle maker before! I didn't get her name at the time. However all the staff at this hotel are a credit to Hilton.||The hotel room was large, clean and comfortable with a large TV and great shower room. Excellent air conditioning aswell.||We came in the week and it was not overly busy in the hotel which we liked and it was easy to get a table at breakfast and help yourself to the buffet style layout which is on the ground floor by reception. There is also a premier supermarket over the road if you want any snacks for the room and they stock lots of different produce including some freshly made sausage rolls which are great. The hotel has a bar area too which we used and was nice.|Overall this hotel is an excellent base for exploring Sheffield and we would stay again.
