Fantastic value well-placed hotel. We thought it was clean, modern with very helpful staff. Celebrated a friend’s birthday just over 5 minutes walk away.
Bathroom very new and well appointed will plenty of shower gel etc. Breakfast perfectly adequate for this type of hotel.
Would happily return.

Stayed here for 2 nights, mid-January. A warm and friendly welcome, easy check-in process.
The rooms are well appointed and modern looking with aircon. The bed was super comfortable.
The breakfast is a buffet style, with plenty of options available.
A dinner/24-7 menu is also available. All the food was well cooked and enjoyable.
The staff are all friendly and helpful.
There are dog friendly rooms and areas available. There is a charge for the dog.
Parking is available a short walk away - a discounted rated is available. Enter your registration at reception each time you park.
Highly recommended for a good night's sleep!

We had a pleasant few days here last week, and found it's easily the best place to stay in Rochdale. The location is great, right in the town centre and convenient for the shops. The discounted car park is also handy as well. The room was lovely, nice and clean, with on our side a nice view over to the town hall. Luisa on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was about standard we thought. I would have liked a bit more choice of fruit other than melon and pineapple, but the bacon and sausages were good quality - better than a lot of places we have stayed. Our only dislike was having dogs in the lounge area at breakfast, particularly when they yap a lot as you are eating. I'm not keen on dogs in hotels full stop, but that's a personal view and I accept that others will disagree. All in all this is somewhere we will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area.

Better than premier inn or Travelodge. A lovely hotel with a huge bed. Fridge in the room, lovely bathroom with a really good shower. Massive TV. Was all very clean.

Breakfast was also good, making our own waffles was really cool. Was disappointed by the strange watered down orange juice but that’s minor. Everything else was fantastic.

Parking was very close, and fairly cheap at £5 per day (and discounted for shorter stays if you’re coming and going).

Probably the best hotel in the local area. Only one year old, and it still feels fresh. We had a super king room (dog friendly) on the first floor. Excellent nights sleep, especially as it had aircon, which is very unusual for the area. There's a small gym on the first floor but no other leisure facilities. |Breakfast buffet was a good standard. The usual Full English options, toast, cerals, hams etc etc. Even a waffle maker station.|Parking is across the road in a multistory. If you're dropping bags you get 20mins outside. It's a bit of a pain if you are coming and going visiting family, because you have to pay contactless each time you leave the car park. I think entering your reg in tablet at reception is only useful for the £5 overnight parking charges.|Free electric charging in the car park which was a big bonus for us. Only 6 bays and its first come first served.|Shops and restaurants (dog friendly) on the doorstep.|Staff were really good. Thanks to Kimi and the Italian lady on reception and the manager with the dog.|A couple of minor issues-|1) The car park owners turn off the car charges at 6pm on Saturday and turn them back on Monday at 8am- why? We couldn't charge our car on the arrival day.|2) The shower in the bathroom is a bit weak and could do with a power shower head. But that's nit picking. ||The only other irritation is the dynamic pricing. We had to extend our stay at short notice but the extra days price varied. To extend by 1 day was £113, but when I booked the next day it was £96.

This is a nice modern Hampton, check in was very friendly, rooms are very nice and to a good standard of amenities - the hotel presents itself very well and I had a really comfortable sleep. Wasn’t impressed with breakfast, very limited choice, scrambled egg was just powder and had no taste and no texture - terrible to offer such poor quality. Mushrooms were lukewarm at best and again tasteless. Salami and ham were either deep frozen or had been out for ages, it was rock solid and inedible. Chairs and seating is very basic and uncomfortable. Shame really as the hotel itself is great and staff are excellent but food severely lets it down||Parking is across the road and charged at a fiver

Comfortable room and good ensuite utterly let down by the poor lighting round the bed. At one side the down light is fixed at an angle that is no use for reading and at the other the cord on the reading light is so short that it cannot be put on the table or behind of much use at all! Meals were fine and the location is very good.

I stay away 2 nights every week and found this when looking for a more cost effective hotel compared to my usual, and this one seemed to fit the bill.

Rooms are bright and modern with a waterfall shower in the bathroom, a 65" TV, a small seating area, and an exceptionally comfy bed. A/C took a little while to get the room warmed up but it was -3 outside, and there's no heating in the bathroom. WiFi was >200mbps so great for pretty much anything.

Staff were friendly throughout and always said hello.

Breakfast was a good selection of full English, continental, fruits, yoghurts, pastries and there's a self-serve waffle maker.

Check out via the app was easy and the digital key is brilliant to avoid the need to keep a key card on you.

Note for EV drivers: the car park opposite the hotel has free EV charging (3 posts with 6 connectors). Parking is only £5 when using the hotel so cracking value.
