Absolutely lovely really so clean and well maintained room lovely beds comfy and really gorgeous spacious room. Bathroom fantastic massive shower fantastic place could not find anything wrong no faults what so ever. Quick check in excellent value everything in room we wanted and more plenty of tea coffee milk sugar. Really lovely hotel. Well done to all involved

Clean spacious hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. They appear to have a good team ethos. Our room was spacious with lovely white linen and towels with good quality puffy pillows. The room had everything you needed including a Smeg fridge & kettle, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. The food menu was limited so we just ate in the hotel one night. We both had lasagne which was hot & actually very tasty 😋. There were hot and cold breakfast offerings which were continually topped up. There was plenty of choice. |The location is perfectly situated next to Waitrose and the coach park with lots of buses to get you where you need to be. |Would definitely stay again next time we are down this way 👍

Came here as part of coach trip weekend away fabulous hotel clean and really well maintained hotel room and bathroom every thing we wanted and more massive credit to staff and house keepers beds comfy and just lovely 5 stars well done to all involved. 5 stars for this hotel. Plenty of milk sugar tea bags coffee in the hotel room. Really please with the hotel and room amazing lovely decor as well. Very well done to everyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a really lovely overnight stay here. The hotel itself is excellent – modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a huge, super comfy bed. We especially appreciated the in-room fridge and plenty plug sockets & USB ports for charging our phones and devices – small touches that make a big difference.||We arrived back late and were glad to find the bar still serving food. The late supper was tasty, though a little pricey for what it was – but we were grateful it was available.||Check-in staff at reception were friendly and really helpful, taking time to explain the parking situation and where to find the EV chargers and alternative parking. ||Unfortunately, when we returned later to park overnight, 3 out of 4 chargers were in use and one inconsiderately parked car was taking up two spaces, preventing us from charging. It was frustrating, especially as the bays were generous in size, just inconsiderately used by someone.||We slept really well and enjoyed a nice breakfast before heading off on a long journey home. Waitrose next door was handy for stocking up on snacks for the journey home. ||We’d definitely stay again, just hoping for better luck with the EV chargers next time!

Lovely clean hotel with great rooms and great service. I couldn't fault the cleanliness and had a great nights sleep here. There isn't a restaurant here so no evening meal and you'll have to find your own. There's nothing within easy walking distance, but they are Ok if you order food in.
There is a cooked buffet breakfast which was included in the price and it was really good with lots of options and you can go back as many times as you want. All in all a great, clean, hotel that's really nicely priced.

A lovely hotel, clean & comfy rooms. The staff at check in & breakfast were extremely friendly and accommodating. I inadvertently left my wallet in the safe and checked out, and Ella was tremendously helpful & kind to ensure its safe return. Highly recommended

Great service! The barkeeper Paulina is very attentive and is doing a great job. The reception lady Cindy also helps great to solve an issue on the room. So great service from the team. I will come back 👍

We have stayed here a few times before flying. We have even stayed the night before a 4 o clock tea time flight. The service is brilliant friendly staff beautiful breakfast a good choice. Checkout is 12 so if you have a late flight you can checkout and still use the facilities absolute recommend 👌
