Myself, my daughter and my mum and brother all stayed here for a few nights in August '25. This is our 3rd, possibly 4th, stay in this hotel and I have to say we have never been left disappointed. |My daughter and I shared a sea-view room. The floor to ceiling windows allow for the most stunning views out across the beach and sea. The room was spotless and has been every time we've stayed. |The rooms are also very spacious; with a double bed and pull out sofa to relax on and enjoy that beautiful view.|Breakfast is superb! The choice is vast and you will always find something that meets your taste. |Our only complaint (which is not necessarily aimed at the Hilton staff themselves) is that the majority of parents visiting here seem to deem it acceptable to leave their children running riot through the hotel corridors whilst they enjoy drinks in the bar (completely oblivious). The noise just echoes through the corridors and is extremely disruptive. One night my mum (who is disabled and in a room by herself) had children hammering on her hotel room door; seemingly playing "knock-a-door-run". This really unnerved her and she had to ring me for reassurance. I immediately rang down to reception and they very speedily handled the situation.|Perhaps there needs to be a rule put in place that children must be accompanied at all times throughout the hotel. Maybe this would deter them from being excessively noisy and disruptive.|Overall though, this is a clean, family-friendly, comfy, spacious hotel in a lovely spot, away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool town centre and we will definitely stay again.

Had 5 nights here.
The hotel was cleaned daily, modern with everything we’d need.
House keeping was really good, fresh towels daily.
The breakfasts were good, we’d like more gluten free options prepared in a safe area.
The staff were friendly and helping on reception and the bar.
Really good hotel will definitely book again.

We visited recently and would definitely return to this hotel for a longer stay. The rooms are lovely and we had a great view of the sea from the huge windows. What really stood out was that every member of staff we dealt with - from reception to bar to cleaners - was cheerful and welcoming. We had an issue (not the hotel’s fault) and the manager was exceptionally accommodating and helpful, which made *all* the difference to the kind of day we had that day. Thank you, Matthew!

Very good stay here. Bed very comfortable. |Reviews say there are issues at breakfast due to size but we did not find it a problem. Staff point out peak times which are busy so if you work round that then you’ll be fine. Breakfast quality was good and the waffles were great for the child.|Had seen some poor reviews but we had no issues and would book again.

Over all I enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again. Great location and close to the tram stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food on the menu was good and so was the drink on draft. Rooms were clean, tidy and well equipped with everything that you would need. Private car park at the rear of the hotel, just make sure you validate your parking at reception on arrival.

The hotel is in a great location, with a tram stop just across the road and is a short walk to Pleasure Beach. A 2 mile walk from the Blackpool Tower also.||We paid £75 (for one night, including breakfast) and stayed as a family of four (two children under 10). The room was a good sized with a big shower. Major issue with the room was the cleanliness, it hadn't been cleaned well enough. There was blood on lower bathroom wall tiles, under the beds rubbish and the curtains were filthy (although I appreciate curtains won't be cleaned daily). We didn't make a fuss at the time, but we told them checkout, and they did advise that they would have moved is room and it wouldn't have been a problem.||The breakfast was decent as was the bar.||The staff were lovely and helpful, couldnt fault them, only the cleanliness of our room.||Parking is £17 to use the car park, I'm not sure if the spaces on the street are free.

We turned up 2 hours before check in not expecting to be able to check in but the lady in reception said let’s see if we can get you in and she did which was brilliant, very helpful. ||The room was very bright, had everything you needed. We stayed in 346 and was very quiet which was good.||Breakfast was busy, how ever I can’t speak highly enough for the staff that morning, as there was only 2 of us we skipped the queue infront of larger groups. What I loved was seeing a manager actually getting stuck in, cleaning tables, wiping down food counters, engaging with staff and customers… love to see this!! (2nd September) Breakfast was lovely and the location is just at the end of the promenade so quiet location but perfect if you want to start at one end and see the lights. ||My only moan as to why I scored 4/5. The room wasn’t best cleaned. Hadn’t been hoovered and had some food on the floor and the dust collected on the phone. ||Would I stay again 100% hoping the cleaning was just forgotten about my mistake.

Lovely big modern hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the main promenade. Nice large room with a seaview and aircon. Stopped here a few times now and mainly when it's full which makes breakfast time a bit chaotic but we've learnt to go down as late as possible. Maybe when then decided to extend the building they should have planned extending the restaurant area. Reception staff really helpful especially the lady Chloe.
