This company is shocking, they place people in assignments that do not match the job title and when informed of what's happening they take no action . Some companies that use Hales for their staffing are also breaking work regulations, failure to document work accidents, failure to meet HS regulations, for example Hales has been informed that in one of their clients warehouse, management expects employees to climb shelfs and racks but they did nothing to safeguard anyone under Hales employment instead they brush it under the carpet and If you speak up they will no longer fulfill their duties in terms of finding you a suitable assignment for you are now blacklisted or something. Overall I'd recommend you to avoid this company.
