As always the service I received was flawless the staff were absolutely amazing throughout my whole Umrah journey, from the initial booking till our return they were always ready to assist with any concerns. Even when we were in Saudi Arabia Haroon in particular the person who initially did our booking was always available to speak to and to reconfirm any of the details regarding the transfers or hotels. Haroon was my travel agent. His communication is very good, and tends to be available for long hours throughout the day and night. We had some minor blips along the way but haroon always kept me informed and it was never anything that cannot be sorted. That is a reflection of good customer service in my opinion when things can sometimes not go plan and they still remain in good contact with you throughout your booking and trip. The whole booking was done to my standard and i had no problems whatsoever. I would use them again as this Umrah booking was my first with them
