Beautiful place to recharge with positive energy. Not crowded. Clean, beautiful lake. Perfect walk with the dog. 2 parking lots not crowded either. Farm with animals. Coffee shops with food and drink. Even ice cream for dogs. Toilets available.

What an amazing outdoor space. Never been before but will certainly be back now the summer months are approaching.

Costs around £5-6 to park all day which is great. You do this on the RingGo app.

The kids are free to run wild in the open space and there is a playground too. They loved walking through the wooded trails. It was super busy during our visit but no problem.

There are 2x Cafes here serving a variety of foods, ice creams and hot and cold drinks.

A special mention has to go to the Train Conductor on the Thomas the tank engine ride. It is £3 per person and we waited in the cue for approx 45-60mins.

The gentleman in question is so charismatic and enthusiastic, that he had us laughing throughout. You can really tell he enjoys bringing joy to people, especially the little ones. I wish I caught his name. All I recall is he had a South African accent. Really hope this review reaches him as he deserves a massive shout out for what he does.

Visited with my family including my two young kids .
We had ice cream first and then we went to the play area which was quite busy but ok, moved to visit the farm and in my experience this is very very well organised and the animals are lovely.
My kids wanted to get on the little train and it was such a fantastic experience for the four of us!
After the train we went and had some snacks and a pasta from the cafeteria.
Last, We had a hike around the forest! My kids loved it!

Amazing park. Great children's play area. Fantastic farm. The cafe was really nice. The food we had was so good. I would highly recommend the brie, bacon, and cranberry panini.

The park is lovely for a day out. It has a duck pond, walking trails, cafe, toilets, farm and a lovely train ride around the park too. The only thing about the playground is that it is not really catered to younger kids (0-4) apart from a climbing frame and a small slide. I really wish they’d put swings to cater for the younger ones. The parking is also quite expensive, apart from that it is a lovely park. We flew our kite here really well and lots of space for a picnic and dog walking.

Hainault Forest Country Park offers wonderful opportunities for family enjoyment. Two cafes provide refreshment options, the lake is perfect for feeding ducks, the animal farm is open throughout the summer, and a new playground caters to older children. A pleasant walk through the forest or a scenic train ride (available for £3 per person) are among the many attractions.
