I have been renting this property with my children, and the conditions are unacceptable. We were left without electricity for days. Even the staircase had no safety railing when we moved in — something that should never happen under basic safety standards for children. We agreed to take the house on the condition that my husband would fix it and the agency would pay for the work — they never paid and acted as if everything was fine.

The gas hob had an electrical short circuit and does not work, yet they never replaced it. The electrics are faulty — lights on the first floor do not work, the boiler is broken, the fridge was broken, and I had to buy an extension cable and run it across rooms (tripping hazard!) just to connect to another socket.

The sewage constantly blocks because it is old. Every time they send someone, the place is left in a mess. We had to clean up rats and rubbish from neighbours ourselves.

This agency takes £2,076 per month from us, but does nothing to maintain the property or fix the problems. They just take the money and ignore the issues.

I strongly do not recommend this agency — they fail to meet basic safety and maintenance standards, leaving families to live in dangerous and unhealthy conditions.

I have been renting from this agency for almost a year, and my experience has been terrible. When you post a bad review, they rush to visit the property pretending they will help — but in reality, nothing gets done.

We have spent three days without electricity, and now the boiler and wiring are not working. It has been a week since I reported it, and they simply do not care.

We are paying £2,076 per month for a home, and yet the living conditions are far below acceptable standards. An agency should ensure that the property is safe and properly maintained, but here, they only care about collecting rent.

I do not recommend working with this agency — they ignore serious problems and show no respect for their tenants.
