Booked Gwyn Jones Ltd for a hen party to Liverpool. Booking process was so easy and Emails were replied to quickly. Our driver Paul was absolutely amazing- professional and so lovely. We wanted to come back earlier than planned and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this company.

Gwyn Jones were absolutely fantastic on our recent trip with our Dance School. Our Driver Richard was extremely professional and exceptional. He was early for our Pick Up, which was an instant relief. The coach was absolutely spotless and comfortable too. We had been given an finishing time, but unfortunately the event ran over by quite a bit. I felt terrible, but Richard was so understanding and waited outside for us during this time. A friendly, professional driver with so much patience. Thank you Richard and thank you Gwyn Jones & Son for a brilliant, stress free trip! Highly recommend!

We booked a coach from Gwyn Jones to take a party of the Contemporary Arts Society of Wales from Cardiff to Bath for a day visit. The excellent modern Mercedes coach arrived on time and was driven by Andrew who proved to be a skilled and caring driver. He looked after the group very well. The arrangements were made by Nikki who was kind, helpful and efficient. We strongly recommend Gwyn Jones Coaches.
