Superb value for money. We have had the best day ever for £34 (£17 each). I thought we would be in and out in an hour given all of the recent reviews but no, we were there 1100 - 1600! The weather was beautiful, plenty of fun rides (with little to no queues), lots of cheery staff (they employ a diverse range of staff too) and very neat and tidy. The fresh stone baked pizza (£13) was particularly delicious. It's true the park looks a bit dated but there are a lot of real plant shoots which should bloom shortly plus they've cleverly used artificial flowers in hanging baskets for the Winter season to make the place look inviting. Plenty of clean and warm toilets. Safety appeared to be taken very seriously with staff managing any risk very well. The park advertised as closing at 4pm but unlike all other theme parks they don't stop rides 15 minutes before and in fact anyone who joined the queue until 4pm was honoured with their turn which meant rides were still going well after 4pm. Finally, the punters as we all know the power of the people: epic fellow visitors today, who made the day so great and felt so safe. No Insta brigade in, gob shi*es, or chain vapers wondering around always makes it so much more pleasant. Great atmosphere and would highly recommend for a great value day out!

There's Costa coffee (£3.75 for a cappuccino) which was quite pleasant.

Few rides were broken in JCB zone or inoperable. This was quite disappointing for my son. The small track go cart cars were £2.50 a ride; this can be lower priced or allow a little longer time for the price.

Staff was very kind to let people have a last ride till last minute of closure time. This is very appreciated.

I visited Gulliver's Land with my young family (children aged 6 and 8). We visited during Storm Bert and were unsure whether the place would actually be open. The information on Google indicated it was closed on that day but the official website and social media pages are so poorly updated that there was no information whatsoever. As it happens, it was open and I was grateful we still went ahead with our booking as the weather wasn't as bad as expected and the place was very quiet indeed meaning we were able to get on lots of rides without any wait at all.
The whole place is great for young children and mine really enjoyed themselves but over all it is lacking in its upkeep and lots of areas feel unloved and in need of investment. It feels like Gulliver's have become too complacent.
The Christmas experience with the North Pole displays, visit to Santa and choosing of gift was all excellent.
The staff were also all excellent and full of fun and joy. They are a credit to the place.
We look forward to visiting again but would like to see improvements made.

We went recently, we were a large group of special kids and carers. At first, the lines were crazy busy but since we had first track pass it was easier for us. Some of the dangerous rides as in roller coasters even with fast track. It takes a long time but one thing I’ve never seen in another theme park before, which is everyone is really careful with the rides. they do the safety check sincerely and make sure nothing goes wrong, which I really appreciate because I’ve never seen that before. even though it takes a bit longer but I think safety is more important. all the rides are safe. That place has almost 25 rides and even if someone doesn’t like rides there is many more things to do. many food places and good place to take a lots of pictures as well. Definitely will be going back next year.🫶🏼

Fantastic place for kids up-to 12 i would say. No thrill seeker rides here. But, it is a great place for the little ones, queues are not very big and all rides are close by. Staff are very friendly very approachable and that applies to shop staff, ride staff, reception and all over. Does need a little updating but not enough to put you off.

Upon booking we knew the park was closed but figured it was still an exciting place to visit and stay for our daughter.
We visited here and chose to stay at the fairy castle and paid £49 for the birthday package (besides the character visit it definitely wasn't worth it, no cutlery or plates given to enjoy the birthday cake provided! So £50 for a 2 min visit, £5 Tesco cake, two banners, a small teddy and a small balloon). As there was no way to enjoy the birthday cake it ended up being left there.
While we were here there was the enchanted light trail on at the same time. This meant for the duration of our evening in the castle we had members of the public trying to get into our accommodation (despite having the birthday banner on the door). We reported this to a member of staff in a high vis jacket who said yeah it's just because it's on the light trail.
We went out for dinner in the restaurant - £14 for a warmed up burger patty and chips! Ordered the chilli burger but didn't arrived with everything listed and had to ask for jalapeños. As people were coming and going throughout our meal to enjoy the light trail and to make popcorn it meant the door was being left open and it was freezing!!
Anyway we were there to enjoy our daughter's 4th birthday and knew there was a kids disco.
Went over the courtyard area to where the kids disco was, it was in darkness.
We waited 10 mins after it was meant to start and my partner went over to reception or the restaurant to ask when the disco was happening as there was nobody there and it was already 10 mins after the start time, the young member of staff said somebody would be sent over shortly. This did happen a while after but due to it being so much later than it should have no other families were there so it completely lacked atmosphere and we ended up leaving.
We went back to the accommodation which is when we really saw just how dirty (especially the bathroom) was, mould in corners, evidence of a leak from the bathroom ceiling, toilet roll holder broken off the wall, dirty dented bin. Mould on bathroom wooden panelling and a huge area of dust by the door.
The remote controls were filthy with dust too.
The worst part of the experience was when we rolled back the middle bunk for our daughter we found a small bug, it was under the folded up duvet and there was no window in that little area so I dread to think how long it had been there. We moved the duvet and found an even larger bug!
After 3 more attempts of people trying to get in and hanging off the door handle we were starting to get frustrated and our daughter was too scared to sleep. Not what you want after a 3 hour drive and a cold evening meal!
We started to confront people who were trying to get in and ask them to leave the doors and handle alone.
Whilst this may have been out of the staffs control I would expect to have been pre warned or for the marshall I spoke too to have been a little more sympathetic.
As pictured too the "castle" is a tiny metal container and didn't look at all how it was advertised on the website.
It was green with mould/water marks, the decking area tiny and pond completely overgrown - again I've added photos of this.
When we checked out the young girl on reception didn't ask how our stay was and safe to say we didn't bother to unpack or sound off on here. All the staff here are very young and it wouldn't have been fair to have taken it out on them to explain just how disappointed we were.
I contacted Gullivers Land first of all in the hope to resolve our complaint without resorting to leaving a negative review and was offered a complimentary park visit which is not at all what we would like.
Our accommodation lacked privacy, so having people keep attempting to get in while trying to relax and the fact the whole area needed a thorough clean both inside and out I don't feel like anybody would be inclined to take the offer of a free visit that will still require 3 hours of driving and cost of petrol on top.

We visited Gullivers for our sons 4th birthday. It was his first trip to a theme park and we thought this would be a good park to bring him to, as it is mainly geared towards a younger audience.

Although he enjoyed himself on the rides on offer, the general condition of the park was below my expectations.

Everything looked quite tired and due a bit of TLC or a major clean. Certain musical mechanics were broken, some of the toilet seats were cracked, snapped off, or loose. The balls within the ball pit were all discoloured and mucky, which considering younger kids would put them in their mouths is a tad off-putting.

My wife went on the jungle falls with my son and even though they enjoyed the ride themselves, they both said that the water that splashed them on their face was very smelly and stagnant. They weren't the only ones as others who got off before said the same.

If we went again, I would take a picnic as the choice of food on site is limited to burgers or pizza really. The burger I had was nice, although the pepperoni pizza and chicken burger some of our party said were tasteless.

All in all, our 4 year old had a good day, which was the main thing. However, I don't think I would return in a hurry.

Gullivers Land What Have I Got To Say For You Today? Incredible! As We Entered We Were Greeted By The Lovely Exterior. We Got Through
Security In A Matter Of Minutes! Then We Saw Wonderfully Decorated Stalls Such As Pizza Stalls,Cotton Candy,Toys. Then There Was A Big Castle To Eat Inside!

Going To The Rides,The Rides Were Friendly, I Enjoyed The Grand Prix Wow It Was Great. There Were Some Water Rides. How Can I Forget The Maze It Was Incredibly Hard!

The Prices Of Food Were Extremely High, But They Were Reasonable, A Large Slush In A Long Plastic Swirl Bottle For A Whopping 6.99.

Some Rides Caused A Little Bit Of Sickness.

Thank You Gullivers Land Will Be Coming Soon For My 4th Visit
