The bridge was superb both the directors Simon and Joy and host Sue could not have been kinder and nicer, both at bridge and in making sure everyone knew where to sightsee and organising trips for us.

Great holiday as the hotel was good, the food great, the staff, especially the ladies who cleaned rooms were all delightful. The host was super helpful and the bridge sessions really well run. My only criticism would be the location of the hotel as it was difficult to go to visit other places and the supermarket, although not impossible was, for me too far to carry things back to the hotel.
The organised outings were excellent especially the vineyard trip.
I wonder if a singles meeting after the welcome meeting would be good to find partners.

The bridge was well organised, the directors were friendly and helpful and as a single person, a partner was always found for me The Charingworth Manor hotel was in a stunning location and the main hotel was welcoming and well furnished. My room, which was in the annexe, was definitely in need of some TLC but was spacious. There was a set menu each evening which was always delicious , well cooked and served.

Had a really enjoyable few days bridge with Guaranteed Events. The hosts were great and the group was very friendly. Have been away with this company before and will certainly be going with them again!

Re Thame hotel
Only on the 4th day was my room serviced.
Nice to have aircon in the bedroom on a very hot weekend
Far too much food served on individual plates.
Would like to have had a grab handle on the wall above the bath as I felt nervous when using the shower. However there was a rubber mat provided for standing on when having a shower.

Lovely holiday at the Paloma Oceana, Side. This was my first Guaranteed Events trip abroad. I was impressed with the organisation of the team of Gayle, Colin and David, I thought the hotel good value for money and the weather, for the two weeks that I was there, was perfect.

My husband and I took part in the Christmas event at the Charlecote Pheasant hotel. We were extremely impressed with the high standard of the food throughout our stay. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome and absolutely did not cut corners. The bridge arrangements were superb with a generous allocation of non-playing director and three helpers. It was a large group (sixty of us) but everyone was pleasant and the atmosphere very convivial. This was our first Guaranteed Event and I’m sure it won’t be our last.
