Grow wilder is a public open space where all kinds of wild plants, herbs, flowers, bushes and trees are grown on one of the best soils in Bristol. Open to public, volunteers, groups and families to enjoy nature. Very accessible by public transport as it is near the M1, M3, M4 bus stop behind the project and buses 46 from its side and 50 at the front. It has huge area where groups can arrange for meeting space in the open air, children can be introduced to nature and sometimes you can buy plants and seeds. There’s a cafe and toilet. Parking space inside is very limited but one can park in the surrounding streets easily.

We all thoroughly loved our time at this magical sun trap.

A wonderful place to take young kids for an explore.

Don't miss the cakes in the Lemon Verbina tea grown 2 meters away.

Oh and if you're incredibly lucky like us you'll get to hear some live musicians.

(Bring some cash for veg, plants and buskers. The cafe doesn't do lunch just cake, coffee and tea). Enjoy 😊

I love wildlife and nature, and this place seemed like a must-visit. We’ve given this place a few chances but the vibe is just so snotty and entitled. Didn’t feel at all welcome, and treated like an inconvenience, despite trying to buy wildflowers. It’s like the worst kind of Clifton people work and volunteer here. Just avoid I think, not worth being looked down at.

Big open space to look at the different plants. Sometimes they have workshops going on. It's a great place to also learn about the plantss.

Currently closed due to the Pandemic but I volunteer there. It's very busy taking online orders, picking and packing and sending orders off in vans all round Bristol. Wild flower plugs and plants and home grown vegetable plants.
