Utterly incompetent! Started ‘trying’ to book a coach two months before an event, constant emails back and fourth the entire time leading up to the event including full confirmation, only to be told 48hrs before the event that they had double booked! Leaving not only my 25 passengers totally stuck but the opposition of the team we were due to play, their sponsors, spectators, caterers etc all totally stuck! Will NEVER contact them again! ?

Shaun was so welcoming, friendly and the best coach driver we’ve ever experienced.
He got us there and back safely and we felt at ease.

He made everyone feel comfortable and safe throughout the journey and when we have another trip we will be asking for Shaun to be our driver.

Incredibly rude drivers. My husband went out of his way to let 2 coach driver though a tight turning and they didn’t even have the basic manners to thank him.

I can't thank Greys of Ely enough for the trouble taken by them to make a trip to London with our whole family, including young grandchildren , for a special event on our 46th Wedding Anniversary so amazing. The booking and communication with Sales was easy and those I dealt with were always courteous and efficient. We travelled in what was the height of luxury and our driver, Tom, couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and special,, including making it so much easier for us to negotiate an event attended by thousands of people. It is a memory that will stay with us forever, and Greys of Ely made it so much better than it could otherwise have been. So, thank you Greys of Ely, and Tom, you're simply the best!

We booked a 16 Seat Luxury Mercedes Minibus for a team event in London. Greys of Ely were efficient and effective in communicating with me, they provided everything we needed and Lee, our Driver was so friendly and knew London very well so it was a joy travelling with him. Lee went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the team was happy and comfortable and I can't thank him enough! The coach was lovely, very clean and warm, everyone had a great time. We booked Greys of Ely for our wedding transport (16/12/22). It was a fantastic service from start to finish. They had planned every last detail including the specifics of the pick up and drop off areas with any access restrictions, their attention to detail is great.
A special shout out to the bus driver Neil on the return journey who our guests absolutely loved, he was an absolute gentleman and we couldn't have asked for anything better.

I am on a Grey's Coach right now that was hired privately for group event. There is no air conditioning and its nearby 40 degrees inside the bus. We have been trapped on board for two hours and the driver basically told our group to "stop complaining" and there nothing he can do because it's broken. He shouldn't have even shown up today as this is a health and safety hazard. They had 10 bottles of water for nearly 50 people.
