Was great weekend had by all clean bus happy staff driver made are day and made trip worth the drive even if team let us down lol day company to travel with

Booked for a works night out, got us to our destination no problem, however when it came to picking us up was no communication, no response from any number until eventually the first driver said “it’s not my run so therefore not my problem” and left myself and staff on the streets in the snow at 1am with no way home. Not answering the phone still, not responding to any emails and have pocketed all our cash for a return journey that we didn’t even return from!

The driver of tonight's Tyne tunnels bus should be sacked. His attitude and language was disgusting. Swearing at customers in front of children. Unbeleavable in this day and age. This man will cause a fight soon. Last night he left a man standing who had no money and refused to let him on the bus. I'm so angry that he just gets away with it

What an awful experience from the driver When traveling on bus 6 YN07EAG on the 3rd Dec 2017. Travled from Throckley to Edinburgh with no toilet stops when ask was told No im not stopping! Then pulled over in a lay by and expected a fully growning woman to pee at the side of the mortor way i full view of everyone . When we left the bus he then went though people's personal property and refused to give it back . When traveling home a young boy of 3 needed the toilet the driver said I already told you's I'm not stopping the child's mother explained he has problems with is kidneys and also need a Number 2 . He said all I do is stop at the side of the road but you better have toilet roll ( may I add this was at 6.30pm with hardley any lighting) will never use this company again and others should strongly consider using this company.

On a GMT now don't like the bus driver one bit at school said they were switching but they didn't when i ask if they can drop off at the middle stop and lynemouth hospital he replies NO we don't stop there but they should in times of need I had to go to multiple doctor appointments and was late for all of them because of the careless nature of some of the bus driver Frank and Kevin and Gregg are class but the rest are late at horrible don't like them on the 21st of September 2018 on the bus 203 of ashington academy the driver kept taking his eyes of the road to the back of the bus I DONT FEEL SAFE WITH THIS COMPANY. WE NEED TO GET SERIOUS ON SAFETY CAUSE IT IS REALLY BAD

I felt like the bus was a death trap, we went through the Tyne tunnel and the bus felt like it was going to cut out, they must not like spending money on keeping the buses to an acceptable standard, great drivers, shame the buses don't conform to the same...
