Got to the airport and was not booked onto our transfer, had to pay 96 euro for a taxi to our hotel, phoned green dot who told us they spoke to the transfer company and confirmed we were on the transfer back to the airport, I phoned the transfer company myself who told us this was not the case. Perfectly happy to leave us stranded it majorca.
We finally got a call from the transfer company at 1pm on our day of departure after having to check out at 12, telling us we were getting picked up at 6.

Absolute scam artists. Booked what appeared to be a bargain holiday, but once I agreed to pay for the trip, they THEN informed me that there was an extra £30 per person 'admin fee' which they didn't tell me about. Gritted my teeth and paid it and ended the call. They rang me 10 MINUTES LATER to tell me the price of the flights had gone up.

The worst part is that I asked them what the best way to get from the airport to my hotel was, they told me just to get a taxi, would cost about 15-20 euros. Did as they recommended and ended up forking out 60 euros! Every person thereafter said that nobody gets taxis as the transport system is so efficient and cheap, so basically, the agent knew absolutely nothing about the place he was booking a holiday for, but gave advice and recommendations based on ignorance.

Ignore and avoid these people, I will never be using them again.

I really don’t want to give any stars to this company but had to to continue. I wish I had read these awful reviews before I booked. It seems to be a script they follow to get more money from you. Told the flight had gone up, the hotel we chose was no longer available but there was a better one for a £49 upgrade !!
The hotel was miles from any life. It was almost derelict with no more than 12 people staying there.very poor breakfast provided in a filthy restaurant. No bar , no shop, no evening restaurants. No pool bar or beds, no English tv, no airport shuttle, no boat service. The hotel closed permanently (not just for the season) the day left !! How dare they send people to places like this. Since returning they have completely ignored my complaint.

Travel agency Greedot Holidays (Jetline holidays) scams !!! They didn't book my suitcase and I ended up paying extra 40 each side. The information about travel allowance was wrong as I was told at the airport this travel agency has done this before with other passengers.
When you call them they say calls are recorded but don't provide the recording and when you tell them it is the Law, they ask for 10 GBP for it .
Extremely poor and not recommended please stay away. Their communication very bad !!

Only worthy of possibly 1 star we got stranded in Cyprus couldn't print off return boarding passes had to pay another 50 pounds each to get home we phoned and thay said thay would send us a claim form never happened phoned again same thing no refund for after 2 months Ryan air said it wasn't the first time it happened with green dot we won't be using them again

Booked a package holiday with greendot then airline went bust thomas cook they wanted a extra £1400 for flights I booked package with greendot and not the supplier so I said thats your problem mine kept going on its not their fault tried to push it onto me ended up getting a £1k refund to book my own tickets never book with these guys total money scammers always want more money for everything ...... keep away from them

Booked holiday,said it was all booked ,they rang back in ten minutes saying price had gone up because hotel fully booked,so booked different holiday,and I said make sure hotel is not fully booked then they phoned back 10 mins later saying flight was fully booked and needed extra £69 each , we brought it down to £ 49 each and he offered us exactly the same flight

They're just terrible.Rang them few times about holiday deals on the website and none of them were available.
They've been ringing me for the next few days trying to sell me same deals but for few hundreds more.
Absolute scammers and waste of time.
Avoid.
