The member of staff running the post office this morning clearly hasn't been trained enough. He said he had been here over a year and knows what he is doing with a smirk on his face.
I wanted to change disabled tax to normal tax on new keeper slip and when I said I would like to pay by direct Debit he said it isn't possible and would have to pay in 6 months or 12 months which I know isn't correct as I had done it there before. His response was I know what I'm doing so tax it elsewhere or ring dvla, instead of reaching for the form for direct debit!
Went to long melford po and got it sorted straight away. I think a bit more training is needed with this member if staff

Local shop and post office. Staff are not adequately trained to manage the post office. Numerous errors each time I've attempted to us it. Subsequently I've used another post office. The store is absolutely shocking! The prices that are actually stated are massively over inflated. As I understand, not stating prices is illegal. I barely see prices stated in store, if I do, usually it's on out of date stock. I do not support this business 😔

Always professional, knowledgable & friendly post office staff. The shop is smartly fitted out, has a very good range for a village shop, & as a One Stop, it has carried Tesco branded items at supermarket prices. It's just become a Spar, and I hope the range, quality & prices remain as good as they were as One Stop.

Very rude manager shouted not to throw money! I can assure everyone I wasn’t throwing money! I counted in one hundreds and flopped on the counter! Very bad angry man ! I did tell him then walked out!

The post office is brilliant and very helpful, the shop is ok but the one just down the road in Acton is infinitely better. I'd give the post office 5 stars on its own if I could rate it separately.

Its a great shop lovely friendly and very helpful people. Personally I have had no problem with the post office either
