The older Indian lady behind yhe counter is extremely rude. I wanted to renew my photocard licence. I was told to stand to one as they only had one i pad which was being used. So I did. They served other customers. When the lady with the I pad had finished she was going to serve someone else. I said please don't forget about me. She said noone told me you were waiting and I only have one I pad very rudely. She was rude to other customers

Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been greeted with such disrespect and a rude attitude, when explaining something to me I do not appreciate being spoken to as if I am being belittled. Would really recommend the management of this branch to have a discussion with their staff about how to interact with customers and teach them
some etiquette on dealing with the members of public. Not pleased at all!

Service is appalling. First counter said they can only pay in 5 Scottish notes into my acc then another staff walks over and changes the policy there and then saying he will only accept 2. When I spoke to the central office they said I can pay in up-to £1000. They don’t know what they’re doing and lack communication. Shouldn’t be working in customer service

Appalling customer service!
I requested for a parcel to be redelivered at this Post Office. I went to collect it 10 days ago and they told me I had to wait for an email of confirmation of redelivery. As I never received one, I went again to the PO today only to be told that they don't have it and I should check with the Delivery Office in Hogg Lane. While I was trying to explain that I specifically requested a redeliver to this Office, the lady literally turned her back on me, saying there was nothing they could do. Both times I was served by this lady, who is unprofessional, rude, condescending and unhelpful. I have used this PO for over a decade, since it was inside WHSmith in the shopping centre; it used to have amazing people, always smiling and going the extra mile to help customers. Now their standards have gone well down the drain.

I asked someone working there if parcels could be sent there for pick up, she said yes, so I had something I bought online sent there (as it was more convenient for me) and when I went to pick it up I was told they did not have my parcel and that it was likely sent back to the sender as the post office cant take parcels for people.

I'm so furious because the item I bought cost a lot of money for me and the price had just gone up, so even if I get a refund ordering it again is going to cost me more money and all because the first lady gave me inaccurate information

the second lady was polite and was very helpful and if it wasn't for her I'd be wishing I could give 0 stars
