It is an okay station, as people have been mentioning it is not the most secure facilities I know when I have been to this station people have just walked into the train station with no tickets from off the pedestrian crossing, climbed over the fences etc. Did not feel 100% safe but that's because I know the area and what it is like unfortunately. Good enough station if the train comes quick and you do not need to use the facilities

Another Okay-ish station that serves a sort of medium town on the outskirts of London. Trains stopping here are decently frequent and are usually formed of 8 coaches. Shelter and seating are provided along the platforms decently and the station has ticket barriers.

Both platforms have step free access though if you want step free interchange between them, you'll have to use the level crossing as the subway only has steps. Station is also within close walking distance of the bus station.

Frequent services to London but security is still an issue... especially if travelling on trains after 9pm... more work required on the station and the surrounding areas to enhance lighting and to reduce crime...
