Went for the toddler time on a Friday, for the price it was good. I wouldn’t pay full price to come though, it’s got SO rundown compared to ten years ago and they’ve sold some of the space off. It’s definitely not as big as it used to be. Really need some new chairs in the seating area too, they are falling apart and are a health and safety risk.

Wow i was shocked how run down this place is, the lights didn't work for half the session what made it unsafe inside the assault course.
the inflatable had that many holes and was patched with duck tape everywhere with made it bigtime under inflated that the inflatable poles didn't stand up, they was just flopped to the side, and the lockers are shocking, most of them was broken it to
It's a shame as it cost us close to £60 for 2 adults and 1 kid after paying for the socks

Wish there was a way to get an refund, shocking!

Absolute rip off. Paid £29.00 for me and my child as she is under 5 and has to be accompanied by an adult. Another 3.50 each for the socks. We line up for the safety briefing with about 15 other people tops. I thought this is going to be ok. Nope by half way through there were over 70 people in. A party came and were encouraged to run around. This made it impossible to actually use anything. Seems like they are only interested in getting as much money out as possible and don’t care about safety at all. Feel robbed having stood around watching for nearly an hour.

Had a fabulous time at the toddler and parent session with my partner and 2.5 year old. The staff Sophie and Libby were extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience very easy and enjoyable for us first timers.

If you’re looking for a great inexpensive, energy burning activity to tire out your toddler this is it!!

You have to buy their own branded socks, even though the socks are loose and not safe for a 20 month old. You can see in the pictures, the I-jump adults socks are tighter than the Gravity‘s. Same as baby’s. Reception is trying to get rid of the Christmas socks without asking you, general cleanliness of the place is a pretty poor standard, I wouldn’t recommend this place, totally disappointing. I find it a total con that you have to buy their own socks for safety, even when they don’t fit very well. No safety there.

Absolutely terrible! My husband booked a day off work, specifically to take our 4 year old trampolining for the first time. He booked online for the Monday morning toddler and parent quiet slot as the perfect introduction for our son. Unfortunately we arrived and the whole park was closed and locked. After waiting nearly 15 minutes after our alloted time, we gave up, as there was no one even around to ask. We then looked online, where it states they weren't open until Tuesday. This was extremely disappointing for us all. We cannot understand why we were allowed to book and pay for a slot which isn't actually available! We are currently awaiting a call back for an explanation and a refund. 0/10 would not recommend!

We drove here from Sheffield for a change from our local trampoline Park Jump for daughter’s birthday. We were very disappointed. Firstly Gravity is much smaller than it looks on the video and much less exciting. I booked 2 hours which was too long. The inflatable equipment is worn and has holes in it in places. I was also annoyed to discover that we had to purchase their own brand socks despite having brought with us suitable socks. These are £3.50 each and I had paid for 6 kids. Whilst this has become the norm for places like this who happily extort customers, there was no indication of this when booking online so I was optimistic they may have a more sensible and ethical approach, but sadly not. At least jump are upfront when you book. I really wouldn’t wage your money coming here.

Just to update that despite the manger's response to my review asking me to email to help them improve their service - I have done this and they have not responded to this. Very disappointing.

Shocking place. Hottest day of the year and no air con. Toilets absolutely stink and full of flies. None of the computers were working to fill out the waver so waited in line for close to 40 mins waiting for them to fix them. Only 1 person on the tills and she was very unhelpful. Worst day of my life
