I would not hesitate to recommend Grants, as I could not have been more pleased with the services provided by them. Valuation, preparation of the sale brochure, online marketing, the showing of the property to prospective buyers, at no additional fee, in my absence and providing access for the buyer’s surveys and finally closing the sale and chasing up people. All the above where handled in a professional, courteous and timely manner. In addition, their fees are competitive and presented in a very clear and easy to understand manner

The whole team worked with us and supported us right the way from pre-sale advice to completion…with a lot of work following up in between and ensuring that the sale kept on track, whilst keeping us informed along the way. The marketing was really nice, with plenty of photos (returning when we had made a change) and a proper walk-through video. The description was written in collaboration so that we were happy with how the property was described. They were just great.
