We bought our house via Grantham's Estates. The sellers had moved abroad so more work fell on Gemma's shoulders. She represented them well and worked hard to facilitate the sale when we were becoming disheartened with the lack of supporting documents from the sellers. All was sorted in the end with Gemma's help. She was always available and communication with her was excellent. I would choose her agency if we wanted to sell in the future. Highly recommended.
