I recently purchased a car from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle itself — it’s exactly as described and drives perfectly. A little while after the purchase, I had a minor issue with the exhaust. It took a few back-and-forth conversations to get it sorted, but Andy remained polite, professional, and committed to resolving it. In the end, everything was fixed properly, and I appreciate the effort put in to make sure I was happy.

I recently brought a car from Andy, who is very charming on meeting. However, after sales service is non-existent.
When I first viewed the car and agreed to purchase, Andy agreed to have AC fixed, have spark plugs changed, and have a scratch removed from rear bumper before I collected it. Sadly only the scratch had been dealt with. On top of this it turned out the radio does not work. The day after collection when I had noticed these issues I sent Andy a message. I am still awaiting an acknowledgement/response. This was on 21st June!! I understand these things aren’t covered but to not respond at all is abysmal.
Excuse the car pun but, my advice to anyone looking to deal with Andy would be to steer clear. He appears to be all about the ‘hand shake’.
I’d like to think Andy will take on board this review but I feel it unlikely.

I purchased a BMW e89 z4 off Andy and his team at the start of July 2025,

I arranged a viewing, no pressure at all from anyone on the viewing, good time spent test driving it to, very good history came with the car so the deposit was transferred.

Picked the car up 72 hours later.

With me working for bmw I put the car through a full health check with over 100 plus areas to be checked, bulb had gone out £6 , and the parking sensors was playing up , but it was down to the front number plate flapping around 🤣🤣🤣 jokes apart, everything was above and beyond. Everything was even better than Andys honesty had said.

Love the car, just battling to get it off the mrs at the minute. 🌞 🤦🏻‍♂️
