Chris at Gothic Estates was a fantastic agent in selling our house. The pictures and video taken for the listing were of a very high standard and we got several viewings very quickly. Chris was very responsive and friendly in all telephone or in person communications keeping us fully informed throughout the selling process. The fees were competitive and he even organised and included the EPA certificate for us. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Gothic Estate Agents, specifically with Chris, the estate agent. I found him to be very rude and unprofessional during our interaction over the telephone. His dismissive attitude made it very clear that he was not interested in assisting me with my property inquiries. This lack of professionalism is disappointing and has ultimately led me to reconsider my interest in the properties they represent. It’s a shame, as I was a potential customer looking for a new home, but this experience has left a negative impression. I hope Chris thinks twice before being extremely rude again to another customer this could potentially lead you to losing more customers I hope gothic estate agents address these issues to improve their service.

Amazing service, Couldn't have asked for more Chris was brilliant always available to answer my questions and even took a viewing on a sunday which led to our house sale !

If we ever moved again i would 100% use Chris i would reccomend him to anyone! Chris is a 1 man band and this is one of the reasons i chose Chris as he does it all himself and is very hands on plus his photos are the best in the area.

This is the first time I have ever given a review and felt I had to because of the fantastic service, simply couldn't have asked for more!
Chris was very professional from start to finish - enough to give estate agents a good name. He was very clear with explaining the whole process and very good at listening to understand the customer needs.
Moving is often a stressful time for most people but much of the pressure was taken away with the instant response for any updates and his help in keeping the whole process moving forward, communicating with solicitors, buyer and seller alike and very easy to speak with. On the case.
Such a shame Gothic Estates are not a national chain. I'm moving out of the area but would recommend him to anyone.
