Summary if you are in hurry: Absolutely fantastic experience, if you are looking for exceptional service and a personalized experience, rather than something pre-packaged, do not hesitate to book with Golf Concierge Scotland.

We booked a 15 day trip for a group of 8, through Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. We contacted multiple tour providers, however Callum set himself apart through his prompt, personalized responses, and services.

During the planning process we were able to communicate about, and personalize, each aspect of our trip. In each case Callum met or exceeded our expectations:

- Transportation was in beautiful motor coaches, always punctual, and the timing of arriving and departing each course was well managed. This really helped our group just be able to relax and enjoy the golf since we never felt rushed;
- The courses we were able to access through Golf Concierge Scotland were bucket list material. I do not believe we would have been able to secure all the tee times we had without them;
- Callum used his exceptional local knowledge to make meal reservations and recommendations for a variety of meal types and price ranges. Whether it was the clubhouse at Turnberry, a local pub, or steakhouse, they were all excellent. I certainly was left with the impression that he and the team at Golf Concierge Scotland had visited each stop on our itinerary and had personal experience/knowledge;
- Accommodations were always in excellent locations, fit our budget, and very clean and comfortable;
- Callum also helped reserve some non-golf tourist attractions such as the Guinness Storehouse and Jamieson Distillery in Dublin.

Once our trip began Callum remained in communication to ensure all was going well, and to see if we needed anything additional. It was a great comfort to know we had someone so reliable on our team if anything came up.

100% would book with Golf Concierge Scotland if I am ever planning another Golf trip to the UK and Ireland.

Our group had the pleasure of working with Callum to plan our first golf trip to Scotland and the experience was amazing. Slow to write a review, but Callum was never slow to help or respond to inquires. Great trip with Golf Concierge Scotland organizing the golf, hotels, the dinners, and some plans for our spouses to keep them "happy". Strongly endorse using Callum and LISTEN to his advice! We did and had a trip of a lifetime. We did not find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Guess we get Callum to organize Ireland trip next time (see photo).

We were a group of four traveling to Scotland for my 50th birthday this September. We initially contacted Callum in February and right from the get go he provided exemplary service. We had quite a diverse itinerary that included three rounds of golf (Kingsbarns, Jubilee and Nairn), skeet shooting, whisky distilleries (Glenlivet and Tomatin) and historic sites and he put it all together with perfect timing. His knowledge of the towns and regions made some long drives feel like a history lesson and we soaked it all in. Hotels, restaurants and club rentals were all arranged to perfection.
