It's important to manage your expectations before booking. This is a highlight tour, meaning you'll visit three locations in one day without delving deeply into history or spending much time at each site. If you're short on time and want a quick overview, this tour is a good fit. For us, we knew what to expect from the start, so we were comfortable with the fast pace. You’ll need to keep up or focus on admiring the beauty of the structures from the outside.

That said, there could be more time allowed in places like Windsor and Bath. Given the pace, it's not ideal for those with mobility issues or for older travelers who might need more time to explore or rest. It would be helpful if this information was included as a disclaimer on the website before booking.

David can be a bit intimidating but in a good way, it helped the group be more disciplined and on time. He’s knowledgeable, humorous, and offers useful tips. The tour was well-organized, and we felt safe on the road thanks to Ashley. We did encounter a delay on the way to Bath (about 30 minutes), and I wish the boarding time had been extended to make up for it. Instead, our 1.5-hour stop was shortened to just 1 hour. Despite this, we enjoyed the experience overall and would recommend it, especially if you're short on time and don’t mind a fast-paced tour.

I recently joined a full-day trip to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath with our guide, Bruce. The experience was truly magical! Bruce was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating historical facts while keeping the atmosphere entertaining with his humor. I never felt bored; his clear directions made navigating the day easy. We arrived at each site before the crowds, maximizing our time. This was by far the most enjoyable and well-organized tour I’ve experienced. Highly recommend Bruce as a guide for anyone looking to explore these iconic locations! Praises as well for our skillful driver Kyran

Really enjoyed our tour to the Stonehenge, Castle of Windsor, and Oxford University! The tour was well paced to ensure we saw everything while there was still daylight (despite it being November).

Peter our tour guide was excellent and very enthusiastic which helped keep the group on time and engaged throughout. We learned lots during the driving bits and had fun while doing so! Extra kudos to our driver Collin as well for getting us between locations quickly to allow us more time at each of the sites. Note that the tour is paced to ensure you have time to get in all the highlights at each of the places. If you want to see everything and get all the details, you'll probably need to revisit the sites to spend 2.5 to 4 hours at each.

Did a 12 hour English tour of Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Roman Bath.
It was good to see glimpses of all three locations as we were short of time. But for those who want to spend more time and see it in details do two excursions on one trip.
Pauly our guide was super funny but very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He made sure to explain all the details, history and was stickler of time, that made the trip fun. He gave a lot of good insights into the three places and shared ideas on how to maximize our short stays at each. Towards the end he also gave personal attention to each traveller to make sure they get back safely to their hotels. Also shared a lot of tidbits about London and what to see, eat and experience. Great person.
Eduart our driver was also very friendly and drove patiently and smoothly. He took inside routes to show additional places in the route and still manage the time.
Overall a fun and enjoyable experience

I selected a very challenging tour with three towns in one day in places two hours or more away from London, so I knew in advance the schedule would be tight. Our guide Eileen and the driver Mo made everything possible to create a smooth tour for us and they did it. I would recommend this tour for other people. This is a good company.

I’ve been visiting the UK since I was 8 years old, but I’ve only explored areas around London. When I heard about the tour of Windsor Castle (I’m not too familiar with UK history aside from the mythical and folklore), I was so excited that I woke up at 5 a.m. The trip was amazing! David, our tour guide, was hilarious and really down-to-earth, as was our driver, Louis. I highly recommend spending a day visiting Windsor and Stonehenge — it’s absolutely worth it. The scenery is beautiful, the air is fresh, and the tour is very well-organized. Just a heads-up: when booking tickets, make sure to scroll down to select the correct time slots, and be sure to get them from the official website. We missed that part but were lucky to find a time that fit our tour schedule.

The Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath tour was an exceptional experience, made even more memorable by Bruce, our guide. His extensive knowledge and insightful tips on what to explore and where to go added incredible depth to the journey. Bruce’s humor and engaging storytelling brought history to life, making the day both educational and entertaining. Tony was a fantastic driver too! A truly well-organized and enriching trip that I would highly recommend!

My family took two Golden Tours tours while visiting England. They were both great, but the one taken on 7/20 was exceptional.

Our Guide, Peter Dragon, managed to smoothly guide the tour by switching back and forth between English and Spanish. It was pretty impressive to hear him share various facts while jumping back and forth between both languages.

We were taken to Leeds Castle which my family and I enjoyed very much.

Next, we were taken to see the White Cliffs while visiting the Battle of Britain Memorial. The views were breathtaking, but the memorial was also deeply moving.

We then travelled to Canterbury and had ample time to visit the cathedral while walking through the streets of Canterbury and stopping for lunch. The background of Thomas Becket was shared during our journey, and plenty of tributes to Becket were found around Canterbury and within the cathedral. This is a topic that is especially interesting to me, so I loved the experience.

We were taken to Greenwich to complete our journey on the Thames. The view from the Royal Observatory was stunning, and the Thames journey allowed us to see multiple sights.

If you have a chance to do any your, do this one!
