Had a fantastic trip today. We live locally but have never been to Longstone and it was completely worth it. Stunning location, informative commentary, lovely crew and boat. The lighthouse was really special to visit, we’ve looked at it for decades and never been. It was an ideal trip for us with a 2 and 4 year old as the break on the island meant they weren’t restless. Highly recommend 👍

Fantastic for a Trip to Longstone Lighthouse. Only company who go out there I think. Really enjoyable, straightforward and decent value for money. Good explanations of seabirds, local History including all about Grace Darling.

Took the lighthouse trip and was impressed. A chance to see the myriad of sea birds and seals. Puffins were everywhere. You get to go up in the lighthouse for a few £ and take photos to you heart's content. Prices reasonable. Recommended.

Longstone Lighthouse tour has been a highlight of our holiday. Easy to book and find, the staff (especially Ailsa) are friendly and knowledgeable. Being able to access the lighthouse and see some of the other Farne islands on the trip was great. The kids enjoyed Grace Darling’s room and reliving the rescue. Worth going to the museum in Bamburgh if you get the chance. Lighthouse costs extra to get in (cash), about £5 for a family or £3 for an adult.

Really good experience all round. The ladies checking us in were friendly, the captain knew his stuff and maneuvered the boat so both sides got a view of the seals and guy giving the tour information was knowledgeable, and it was a great day to be out on the sea. Thanks very much.

Fantastic boat trip. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff both in the kiosk and on the boat. My partner, 8 year old son and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend!!

Highly recommend - beautiful boat, captain George and his crew were great, and truly unique experience. commentary was brilliant and were lucky enough to see dolphins, as well as seals and a bunch of birds. Thank you Golden Gate!

the trip did not take place. The day before the trip, I received a confirmation of my reservation. I drove from far away, and when their company arrived, it was closed and the ship was not even launched and was standing on the asphalt. I found out about the cancellation on the spot, which I received in the mail an hour and a half before the planned excursion. The reason for the cancellation was "bird flu", but they continue to sell these tours on the website. I was very upset. The money was returned, but the day was ruined.
