Company secretary can't even pass information onto the owner Nick as HE requested details from me. As a business owner myself , I do my best to reply to all emails regardless of whether I have the capacity to cover a job or not. A courtesy email wouldn't have gone amiss, even if it was to say that the information is no longer requested.

Very reliable company as I think they are the biggest in London and good drivers. They were always on time, no matter what the traffic conditions were. They also have BIG contracts so they won't be going out of business any time soon. And they are close to Heathrow airport too which is good for me.

I have used Gogusti twice now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Driver smashes into my mirror totally unnecessarily, I was parked on the side of a really wide road, I honk horn and flash lights, he stops at traffic lights 20 metres ahead, doesn’t get out, doesn’t flash his hazards, doesn’t wave sorry, nothing, he clearly could not care less. What an idiot.

Having recently hired 5 executive 16 seater coaches from Go Gutsi I was seriously impressed. They were pristine on the outside and luxurious on the inside. Tell your driver in the Merc mini bus (RJ17HRM) to slow down there’s no point coming an inch behind my car in London morning rush hour. You’re driving a mini bus not going to get there any sooner trying to force me off the road driving like a maniac.
