I can Highly recommend Maxi for all your travel needs. Having booked several trips over the last 6 years through Maxi, she is always our first call when planning a holiday. We trust her completely in finding us not only the best flight, cruise, hotel room etc but also the best prices. Good old Maxine! Shame NCL reservations weren’t as good but Maxine on the case and sorted needed flight changes promptly with no extra cost. Lovely to deal with and will certainly book more holidays with Maxine and GoCruise & Travel, office admin team at GoCruise also excellent to deal with.

We will never go on holiday again WITHOUT Maxine and GoCruise!!!! We wanted 2 weeks in DisneyWorld Florida followed by a week in the Bahamas. Maxine booked and planned everything and made the whole process completely effortless for us. From internal connecting flights to car hire, we didn't have to think or worry about a thing.
Then following one of our children testing positive for COVID we weren't allowed to travel on the connecting flight to Bahamas, we had to isolate in a hotel and the airline lost our luggage!!! Maxine looked after everything. The team moved our flights, gave us options for a hotel, and contacted the airline to try and resolve our lost luggage. They gave us advice on where we could go to get approved COVID testing and eventually they got us to the Bahamas, an back home to the UK.
The fact that we had someone on speed-dial, providing that personal touch and completely looking after us was totally priceless. Looking back I'm not sure how we would have navigated the situation without them.
Totally recommend for anyone that wants great holiday options, easy booking and personal care for start to finish!!

Had a lot of grief with Cruise Club UK with Future Cruise Credits which had been going on for weeks with no sign of a resolution!!!!!!! Googled alternative Cruise agent and went for one that was geographically close. Got Maxine Smile (great name) gave her a chance and booked a cruise with her, since gone back and booked another cruise and she is also looking into another couple for me. Cant speak for the rest of the company though I have had no issues admin wise, but our girl Max is a little diamond, refreshing to talk too and nothing is too much trouble, she sorted my FCC issues within a day, well done Max and thankyou

I just booked a cruise in this Covid period for September month...…The agent (Maxine Smile) was so very patient and explained everything with so much patience and also such a lovely person to talk to on the phone. She took care of everything and the best was that she was so very prompt in the replies by email, that you felt like a very valued customer.
