Visited April 2025.

We had a fantastic day on the river in a Go Boat! The weather was unseasonably warm and sunny (which was not Go Boat's fault) and the river was quiet and clear. Go Boat staff were professional and friendly, and responded quite well when we had an alarm sound on the boat mid cruise.

We booked online in advance, including ordering food from their catering partner, and the whole process from arriving to sailing was swift and efficient.

Definitely recommended, we had an amazing day. Extra credit that everything is also dog friendly!

We hired a boat for 3hrs in the afternoon. Due to the extremely heavy rain on our arrival, we asked to have one with a canopy and had to pay £20 extra for that which I did feel a bit annoyed about as there were loads of boats lined up with canopies on them and nobody else silly enough to go out on the river in the current weather conditions except us who had pre-booked! But whatever, we paid. The girl went through instructions quite quickly and wrote on the board that you get to take on the boat with us so figured it out as we went along. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, despite the weather and we pretty much had the river to ourselves! We stopped at The Albany pub which was lovely too. We took a picnic with us and ate that on the boat (thank goodness for the canopy!)

Been here a couple of times now and it never seizes to be anything less than a perfect day with loved ones. Easy to use, calm atmosphere, great service and the scenes are stunning. This time around I went with a baby - yes, it’s baby friendly! We took some snacks, and off we went. I couldn’t take a lot of pictures because I was attending to the baby lol!

Great time with GoBoat Kingston. We had such a lovely time out on the river yesterday. Massive thanks to Leo, who communicated well and was flexible enough to find a 2 hour window during the day where it wasn’t raining.

They gave good clear instructions on how to drive, and where to go.

Discovered some hidden riverside bar-restaurants will need to try. cruising down towards Hampton Court Palace. Very fun gliding along with music, food and drinks. Beautiful dusk/sunset with the wildlife, rowers, kids swimming...

We, three humans and three dogs, had the most brilliant time! Would highly recommend for a chilled outing on the Thames. Easy to book and super flexible, staff at the kiosk were also lovely.
