Went for almost 3 weeks (2nd part of June) to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Suzdal, Vladimir, Bogoluybovo, Velikiy Novgorod - this was part of the Golden Circle tour. Each guide gets 5* from me, including all drivers. I cant even begin to describe what an amazing experience this was. It certainly exceeded all my expectations and I am absolutely looking forward to going again. Each city is so beautiful, full of color and flowers and CLEAN! I never felt so safe walking in the streets or taking the metro as I did there. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious (you have to try oblipihoviy chay - wow) - it was just an incredible experience. The only thing I would change is not take the 12 hour train from Vladimir to St. Petersburg.. Already thinking of when I will go again and which other cities I will explore!

Spent a wonderful 9 days touring Uzbekistan, a place of immense natural beauty and contrasts where the people were very friendly and helpful. We spent a day in the west Chimgan mountain range outside Tashkent nr the Amirsoy resort. We explored cosmopolitan Tashkent, tasting delicious national dish, plov, and experiencing some quality but family friendly restaurants.
We travelled on high-speed trains to Amir Timur's royal capital city, Samarkand, to see some amazing architectural monuments, and to Holy Bukhara and Khiva. These are amazing cities with immense history, cuisine and excellent bazaars.
As usual the Go Russia team were fantastic. Everything was planned down to the detail from booking, itinerary planning and transport rendezvous etc. We met 5 guides in all, who spoke excellent English and were very enthusiastic about their country and happy to share knowledge about the cities we were visiting. They recommended great restaurants and took very good care of us throughout our trip.
The weather, people, food and drink, sights and range of historical, cultural and archaelogical places of interest make Uzbekistan one of my favourite places. It was also excellent value.

I am just returning from a trip arranged by JustGoRussia to Moscow and St Petersburg with my wife, and the experience was excellent. As my available dates didn’t match the regular tours, they tailor made a special 8-day trip for us. It was the best thing we could have done. Everything worked very well, the hotels were very good, we didn’t have any problem, and we much enjoyed both cities. The guides and driver (Maria, Natalia and Vladimir) were very good. In special, Natalia was simply outstanding, and I don’t know how to thank her. For sure the guides made our trip much better than if we went by ourselves – I definitely recommend the guides, especially in a country that is very beautiful and safe, but has a complete different alphabet and not everyone understand English. The guides were also able to explain lots of things, making the trip much better, and we didn’t have to stand in queues. Thanks also to Olga and her husband for kindly receiving us in their Dacha for a nice and delicious lunch – we were very honoured. I will definitely recommend JustGoRussia to my friends

We've been using Just Go Russia for years and they remain our go to travel agent for any trip to Russia and the former USSR. Based on our experience in the past, most recently on the Trans-Siberian last autumn, we opted this spring to try out Uzbekistan and loved our holiday there. I'd describe the set up as 'budget-boutique'. Meaning: affordable tours; small groups; guaranteed departures; sightseeing with a cultural and historical focus; excellent and knowledgeable guides; and smaller budget hotels [although there is always the option to upgrade to 4* or get first class on the trains]. Very reasonable prices considering all the transfers and entrance fees. You also have the option to add on extra days and excursions at the beginning and end of the tour. We are booked on a tour to Georgia this autumn already.

Unfortunately my initial contact with this company wasn’t ideal. However, they did redeem themselves and gained my business. Jelena was great and was also quick at replying. They were very responsive via WhatsApp, even at later hours. In the end we purchased two visas for Russia. They did make the process a lot less stressful and answered other questions I had regarding the trip that weren’t visa related. We got there in the end and I would definitely consider this company if you need help with visas. Thanks!
