Customer service was fantastic, and reached out to us promptly to rectify the situation. The construction is unfortunate, but out of their control. We did enjoy the puzzles and the history at each location.

I've done Plymouth and Stratford-Upon-Avon now. Go Quests are fab ways of exploring a town/city, finding the hidden places, learning some history and solving puzzles at the same time.

My friends and I recently tried the Go Quest Adventure in Windsor, and we had an absolute blast! The quest led us through a series of intriguing clues and historical landmarks, making us feel like real-life detectives. Highly recommend! The quiz questions and directions were generally well written, although having to transfer a crossword puzzle onto a piece of paper while on the move was a crazy idea and needs to be removed from the format. The technology side was a bit of a disaster reliability-wise with the team's devices not staying in sync with the leader, and the constant demands to take selfies and "amusing" videos and wait for them to upload completely spoiled the experience. Wouldn't be my first choice of adventure quest in future.

We've used GQA twice and really enjoy the opportunity as a family to explore the city we are in with the ability to search and find and compete within it. Can it be done in one day, yes, but if you allow yourself 2, that could be better. With one day, you are looking at a full day, especially if you include stopping for meals. The great news is the city is in your app for the next time you visit. Definitely value for a family or group.
