My children went on the 13 to 15 year old tree top challenge course my daughter (14) wasn't scared one little bit my son (13) got stuck and scared mid air but I honestly can't praise the staff enough they talked him through the whole thing and was so patient with him they brought him back to the start settled his nerves and he was going for it again from then on because the staff are so patient he did the whole course without problems and he absolutely loved it the staff are amazing thank you so much for giving my son the confidence to carry on and showing him that trust goes a very long way I would honestly highly recommend it to anyone. (one very happy mum and two children).

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Go Ape Temple Newsam yesterday! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for our large group. Although we originally had to book over two time slots due to our group size, the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to get us all on the course at the same time, which made the day even more enjoyable.

A huge shoutout to Dan, who was incredibly friendly and professional — he took the time to clearly explain everything and gave us great advice throughout the course. Meg was fantastic too — super encouraging, especially when a few people were struggling with parts of the course. Her positive energy kept everyone going. There was also another member of staff (we didn’t catch his name, unfortunately) who was genuinely outstanding — he went the extra mile to support us, from giving tips on the trickier obstacles to making sure everyone felt safe and confident.

The course itself was brilliant — a perfect mix of fun, physical challenge, and adrenaline. The Temple Newsam location is absolutely stunning, especially in the sunshine. The treetop views and natural surroundings added to the whole experience.

Everything from the staff, to the weather, to the service and course challenges made it a day to remember. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend to anyone looking for an adventurous day out with a top-tier team!

An Incredible Experience at Go Ape Leeds!

Had an absolutely fantastic time at Go Ape Leeds! From start to finish, the whole experience was brilliant — made even better by the amazing team running the site.

A huge shoutout to Lucy, Sol, and Hope who were all incredibly friendly, professional, and encouraging. Lucy made sure everyone felt safe and confident before setting off, while Sol brought loads of energy and humour that kept the mood fun and upbeat. Hope was calm, reassuring, and super helpful throughout, especially for those of us who needed a bit of a confidence boost high up in the trees!

The course itself was exciting and challenging in all the right ways, and the zip lines were a definite highlight. Everything was really well run, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about your experience.

Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a fun outdoor adventure — and if you're lucky enough to have Lucy, Sol, and Hope on shift, you're in excellent hands!

Had the absolute best time!! Not only was the experience itself way more fun than we expected but the staff made it exponentially better! Big big thanks to Saul, Kaan and Hope who although made my heart jump out of my skin on the Tarzan swing, were so lovely and patient with us 🙂
