The rope park attraction was such a blast! My friends and I had an amazing time for about 2.5-3 hours. There were 5 different stations to explore, with the last one being the highest and most thrilling. We loved challenging ourselves and trying out the most difficult paths - it really got our adrenaline pumping!

The instructions given by the staff were very clear and helpful, making us feel safe and confident as we navigated through the park. We can't wait to come back in the future and conquer even more challenges. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and exciting outdoor adventure.

Incredible, beyond words, challenge plus obstacle has challenges ....I'm scared of heights and brought along two 11 year olds and we still had a blast.

What really made the experience truly amazing was our instructor Sonny. His instructions were clear, pitched at the right level with a very encouraging and approachable manner....such that we called upon his help at various times.

It was my first time doing go ape and we had an incredible time! The setting is so beautiful within the trees and the instructors, Sonia and Jordan, were very friendly, patient and made me feel extremely safe and the experience more memorable. We loved that they ensured we knew what we were doing but also gave us the independence to explore!

I visited Go Ape in cockfosters yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our instructor was a great guy called Sonny who took his time to explain what was required and went the extra mile to ensure we were safe and comfortable. I would reccomend Go Ape if you want a fun, thrilling experience that is good for both adults and children.

Our instructor was Mia, she was great. All the instructions were clear but most importantly she was very good at encouraging. Standing on a very high platform made me feel dizzy and very nervous, she made me feel calmer and continue the path. Thank you Mia.

I did the challenge plus course. The person I went with and I had an amazing time! It was a completely new experience for one of us and we would not change it for the world. Some of the obstacles seemed scary at first however the more you did, you would get accustomed to it. Our instructor was Sonia and she smashed it. She always made sure all of our questions were answered even when we were at a high altitude and she was on the ground. She was also very encouraging which gave me the confidence to do the challenge plus Tarzan swing! Overall, it’s a 10/10 will do again 🙂

Went for a birthday treat and Joy trained us. She was absolutely wonderful, she had brilliant attitude, explained everything thoroughly and had smile the whole time. Joy made our day!!

Lots of fun for all ages and fitness levels!
We went during the winter, so remember to wrap up warm. We did the challenge plus route, which took us around two hours. It was a lot more physically demanding especially as you get to the later stages of the course.
