Fantastic service for our move last week. The whole team were friendly and efficient and went over and above to make the move as stress free as possible, even working over hours on a Friday when completion was delayed. We can’t thank Glyn Upton removals enough for such a brilliant service. Highly recommend! Every item was carefully packed, loaded and cared for. No damage to any items which given two very old houses with steep staircases and tiny doorways was no mean feat!

After moving three Lorrie’s of belongings including some very large plants in pots, dismantling wardrobes and beds and rebuilding in my new home, I had no breakages or damage. Glynn Upton recently helped us with our move to our new home. As we were not ready for the furniture, due to DIY, they stored it for us for a few months. When we were ready for the delivery, they delivered it promptly. Our furniture was well and securely packed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dan and his team were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, they were kind, considerate, and handled every hiccup (and there were definitely hiccups!) with a calm and professional attitude. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The office team also deserves a huge thank you—they took every phone call, update, problem, and last-minute change in their stride. No matter how many times we called, they remained patient, understanding, and always ready to help, making the whole process so much less stressful for us on the run up.

What truly set them apart was their dedication—they made the decision as a team to work overtime, staying late into the night (in complete darkness!) to make sure we were in our new home that day, rather than leaving us waiting until Monday. Their commitment, care, and teamwork were remarkable, and we are beyond grateful.

These guy are amazing. We used them for a couple of our house moves so it was an easy decision for our move a couple of week ago. Also moved my mother in law yesterday. So considerate and thoughtful.
