I had the pleasure to try recently the Kidichi Kitchen Experience: Traditional Cooking Masterclass, on a visit go Zanzibar.

It was a great exploration of the Swahili culture & cuisine starting by being picked up in Stonetown and driven first to the local fish market.

I got lucky on a private tour I could ask as my questions to my guide and the local farm staff.
I love the variety of vegetable we can cook from, the proximity of running water to clean our hands at anytime.

The Farm staff are very welcoming and friendly, typical Zanzibari. You get active so bring confortable trainers as you will go on the farm picking your own vegetable and spices.

You won’t see time flying during the 5 hours of the experience as you will be on the move, either choosing your fresh fish, picking up vegetables or cooking and preparing a lovely meal with great guidance!

We have just returned from an amazing trip. This was up there with some of the best holidays we have ever had and we have been on loads. The Safari and beach combination gave us a great balance of activities and game drives with total relaxation at the end. We landed in Kilimanjaro airport and from the moment we were picked up at the airport on arrival till the moment we were dropped off to take our return flights, we felt well looked after by the Global Encountours team. We went for luxury and luxury we got. The places we stayed in were clean and tastefully decorated. We were not sure what to expect of the food but it did not disappoint. We went for game drives in Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire that were simply amazing. So much to see and our guides were very knowledgeable. We finished our holiday with 4 days in Zanzibar. The Global Encountours team were well organised, informative and kept in touch with us making us feel we could get any assistance if needed promptly. We recommend them for your Tanzania Safari and beach holiday.
