I would like to thank you for your 5* service.My mom was assisted well both at Heathrow and Dubai airport. On 12 March 2025 my mom was assisted by greeter Presley at Heathrow. Amazing service from Rika ❤️ We booked the service thru Marhaba and she was assigned to service my mother in law. She is very proactive . Connected with us as soon as she received the assignment. She made me feel relax and lest worry of my MIL traveling alone. She gave me the assurance my mom in law will be taken care off. I will request her again for the next traveling. She made this trip less worry for us all.

Giselle is the best!! I am totally comfortable with her, she moves through the airport with ease and makes the process so so smooth and simple, I suffer from anxiety at airports and with her I feel completely calm. She also has amazing hair 😊
I always have my nails done, and she does too, so, maybe I’m biased but I think she’s really cool and unbelievably kind!! She’s helped a lot!!!
