Great company and much better than using the ‘big name ‘ car hire places. Fair pricing and very helpful. Mark dealt with hiring the vehicle and also the return checks. He was very helpful and friendly. My deposit was refunded on the same day I returned the vehicle. Will definitely use this company again when I next visit the Lake District.

None of the nationals was willing to bring a car to us at Carlisle Airport on a Sunday, but these guys did. Friendly efficient service over the phone, and deposit returned quickly. Great to do business with.

Hired a van and the van was ok but they wouldn’t refund the deposit they wouldn’t return calls or show proof of what the deposit was for they said the garage charged us for a dent but when we asked for receipts they didn’t reply ! Avoid at all costs would not use them again and told all our friend and colleges to avoid ! I’ve been hiring vans for years and the first time I haven’t had a deposit retuned. They just ignore all calls

Glanrental Carlisle what a joke, got the van the guy showed us the van and never told us there was a limit for the day. I mean there shouldn't be a limit when you pay for the day Absolute joke. When we took it back and we got told we getting charged extra £70+ for doing freaking extra miles. When rang them to ask they said it was in agreement which was sent to you by email, hold on a min when you sign something you don't get agreement sent to email. You should get it there and then. Apparently it was on the phone which the lad behind counter scrolled all the way to get signs. Con arrest. Avoid

Didn’t get refund back. First they send me a video of deposit being returned , after 2 weeks I still didn’t received so I contacted them again. Then they started to say they charged me for some kind of stuff which wasn’t in the agreement and they started to ignore me. Absolutely disgusting service!!!
