Abysmal reliability and customer care. Glasgow Taxis Ltd don't care about punctuality and looking after clients. They only care about grabbing big fares from Glasgow City Council for school hires and airport contracts.
Their app is useless, bookings are cancelled last minute all the time.
It is time for new management at Glasgow Taxis Ltd, get rid of these ex drivers who have personal agendas.

Rode in 330 to the airport. Easy to book online. Can had a ramp for my mobility scooter and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful in pulling up to the back of the house, helping with bags and the scooter. Great accessible service

We had a fabulous driver this morning with Glasgow Taxis. We didn’t get his name but the taxi number was 378, we’re in Glasgow every other month, and this was by far one of the better drivers we had. He was helpful, offering to get our luggage in and out of the taxi. He was knowledgeable with good recommendations for places we should try while in Glasgow. Finally he was friendly, he kept us in good chat and good humour during our trip. The price was good as well! If we could recommend any driver to anyone in staying in Glasgow it would be driver number 378!

Today my wife ordered a taxi from Queen St to Castle St in Glasgow . I am a disabled person and I am unable to walk any distance. After we waited a hour in the pouring rain, I called the taxi company and I was informed that our taxi booking would be given priority. After waiting another 20 to 30 minutes I called the taxi company again. I was informed that the collection was a "No show". We had been standing in the rain by the side of the road all this time and the only no show was our taxi. The taxi reg was sent to my wife's phone. The driver who was allocated to us drove past us with another fare in the back of his taxi. He had no intention of collecting us. This is no way to do business. We had to walk in the rain to our apartment. I had advised the taxi company that I was disabled, but this didn't seem to make any difference.

A big thank you to Glasgow Taxis for your prompt service and lovely helpful drivers on a first night out to the cinema for my friend's husband who is now disabled after a double amputation and it was his first time out in any mode of transport. He was a little anxious prior but for no reason as it was a breeze getting in and out and uou made an old bloke very happy, your drivers were a credit to you thank you x

The driver was very pleasant and professional.

The only issue I had was the price. I felt the price should have been less for what was a 15 minute ride to the airport. I had an early morning flight and could not use public transport. If you are looking for a more affordable option early in the morning, I suggest you go with Uber or another company.

Trying to phone this service is a joke. I tried to get a taxi on Tuesday from Ovo Hydro to 47 St Vincent street miller and carter. Instead of a human being a robot AI answered, best part is when the AI didn’t understand me I got put through to an operator who decided to shout “we have no taxis for you” I was shocked. However, at the ovo a taxi was flagged down and he was amazing very kind and chatty enough.

On the way back to Ovo from Millar and carter I tried to phone again got put through to a operator and the same thing happened again “we have no taxis for you don’t phone” I was not impressed at all with trying to book a taxi. However, the guy we managed to flag down was kind, and nice and chatty and he was very thoughtful of my mum.

Only issue with this service is that trying to book one is a bloody nightmare this service needs to 100% fix the system.

Booked 2 white wedding taxis with flowers and ribbons and service was excellent! Another company let us down the month before so booked last minute but communication with Glasgow taxis was excellent! Taxis were booked from Paisley to St Lukes Glasgow. Taxis arrived with plenty of time prior and there was some traffic on the way which could have made us late, but they went a different route to avoid traffic! Bonus is there is plenty of space in the taxi for a large dress!
