A very poor customer care service 😢 I bought 28days tickets with my tripper card and it invalid. Called customer service, sent mail after 1week I get a reply and they said they will refund, i have waited for more than 1week nothing has been done.

The customer service/helpdesk is not helpfully at all. In 3 days I have called then to load a card ticket. I called at least 4 times a day and they keep telling me someone will get back to me and no one has till date.
