Having spent a long time researching a specific make/model I saw a car being sold by GKL. As I am in Northern Ireland, I wanted a lot of detail and reassurance about the condition of the car. Rob was very upfront and provided all the details I had requested. A couple of days later I took a gamble and flew to Luton and travelled to GKL. I was delighted how well the car was presented. It was immaculate and ready to drive away, and I did. Some months later there was a small issue with the car and Rob was quick to help resolve the issue. I would happily look to GKL for my next car, without hesitation.

brought a audi E tron just under the six months the car is dead the car done less than brought the car at 27k in less than 6 months done 33k total, i called them they told me were to go as they will not resolve nothing. just been mugged of with £29k avoid at all cost there getting sent to court consumer right 2015 i paid full price for the car with the vat had pre issues since pick up and still didnt resolve them. AVOID at all cost unless you want to spend money at court. or even better you safe place will be to buy from a Real Dealership they will offer you a real warranty and real service papers.

I purchased a lovely Audi A3 around 6 months ago, i was extremely impressed with Rob and the team at GKL. The car was the best i found and at a very fair price. When i picked the car up i found it had no sound coming from the entertainment system, a very common problem with Audi's. Without any hesitation this was dealt with, the entertainment unit was sent off for repair and i was kept updated along the way. When picking the car up i actually had chance to go to their main leasing headquarters a couple of miles down the road. I was amazed at the facilities and the professionalism of the staff. To sum it up it is the service (and better) of a main dealer at a much cheaper price. As i live local and drive past the dealership everyday i always like the look of their cars and now knowing how the company operate i would definitely purchase from them again, i always think you can judge a company by the aftercare you receive. Purchased a Tesla Model 3. Staff very friendly and helpful. When I picked up the car there was a small issue with the car system still being linked to the previous owner which took me a few days to sort out. A few months later I found out it had been in a crash and had some internal damage around the front bumper and the front left fog light was loose. I would expect a car seller to have checked the car over before sale. GKL have since contacted me and say they had no knowledge of any incident at the time and, upon investigation, identified the previous lessee had the car "repaired" themselves and didn't disclose it.

On inspection by myself there was damage to the bumper exterior that I would expect the seller to have investigated and disclosed to me before the purchase.
