We were meeting with friends in Vienna before travelling to Bratislava and on to Budapest. Geoff sorted out our flights, transfers, hotels and car hire. The hotel Geoff recommended in Vienna (the Europa) was great and ideally centrally located and the Apollo in Bratislava had secure parking and a lovely restaurant. It was reassuring that we could arrange a bespoke holiday with the same protection offered by bigger travel agents. I would happily consult Ginge Tours for future trips.

Just come back from an amazing holiday thanks to Jo and Geoff.

From initial discussion about the itinerary to arriving home we were provided with an 5* service. We were regularly updated on how things were progressing and even notified of slight flight delays whilst at the airport!

The Trip Plan App contained useful information plus in addition, being able to see where we we going next and easily locate the relevant paperwork.

The price was competitive but the additional upgrades secured on the Rocky Mountaineer and the cruise ship made it more than worthwhile. A further bonus is the Emergency Services Pledge Cash Back which was paid back after the holiday.

I would have no hesitation using Ginge Tours again. Keep up the good work Jo and Geoff.

We booked a trip to New York through Geoff which included flights, hotel accommodation and tickets to see Hamilton. I can honestly say that nothing could have been made easier, and with a personal touch Geoff was available to answer any and all questions. Geoff took charge from start to finish with the booking process, providing regular updates, especially when the airline changed flight times. Geoff provided a web based app for my use which contained all information and documents necessary for the trip. I really can't recommend highly enough the services Geoff offers

Ginge Tours delivered a fabulous whales and wildlife trip to South Afica.We had a challenging itinerary which was met ,above and beyond our hopes.Fabulous accommodation,great staff and drivers at every turn,felt in safe hands at all times.Comforting to know Ginge Tours was only a phone call away if needed. Highly recommend,looking foreward to ournext adventure to Norway and hopefull bears and whales after that !
