This is our first time using Giles tours .We booked a day trip to the Bloom flower show in Dublin .Our driver Josh was excellent . The coach was spotless. All in all a very good trip . I would have no hesitation in recommending Giles tours and hope to book another trip with them in the future

Just back from the Bantry tour & to say it was brilliant is an understatement. Hotel & food excellent. All the trips were amazing. Our driver Andrew helped make it a memorable experience, an excellent & careful driver and a great personality, great craic. Highly recommend.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Giles Tours, primarily due to the unbelievably rude behavior of a staff member named Patricia. As someone who values professionalism and respectful customer service, I was shocked by the way I was treated.

From the moment I interacted with Patricia, it was clear that satisfaction was not a priority. Instead of offering assistance or addressing my inquiries in a courteous manner, she was dismissive, abrupt, and unreasonably rude. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable for someone representing a company that relies on trust and satisfaction.

What made the experience even worse was the lack of any attempt to resolve the issue or acknowledge the poor treatment. It is incredibly frustrating to be spoken to in such a disrespectful way, especially when simply trying to obtain information or make arrangements. A company in the tourism industry should understand that speasking in a professional manner is just as important as the quality of the tours they offer.

I would strongly urge Giles Tours to reconsider their approach to when speaking with people from their company telephone and ensure that all staff members are properly trained in professionalism and courtesy. No person should have to deal with rudeness or feel unwelcome when engaging with a business. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Giles Tours and will certainly be looking elsewhere for future travel needs.

I sincerely hope that management takes complaints like this seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve relations.

Went on a tour to Blackpool on 9 Sept 24, with my sister. Thank you to Stacey the driver for his Crac and his patience, Nothing was a problem to him. We both enjoyed it very much. The hotel was good and the food was excellent. Convenient to buses and trams. Would return 👏

Just completed the 60s weekend at Nidd Hall and had an absolute blast. The amenities the hotel had to offer were great - my only disappointment was that I didn't get to try axe throwing! Neil as our driver was an absolute star and if I could give him more than five of them I would. He was a perfect gentleman and looked after us well. This was only my second tour with Giles but as the famous saying goes "I'll be back".

Just returned from a trip to Bournemouth with my sister.The coach was very clean and comfortable and the driver Josh was amazing friendly, polite and good fun. We had a great night at the hotel karaoke, I have to say Josh has an amazing voice.The hotel was very clean, food and staff great.We can't wait to go on our next trip to Torquay next month, if we receive the same treatment as last time we will definitely enjoy ourselves.

Literally just back from trip to Norfolk Broads and had a great time. Both drivers,Tom and Josh are excellent not only at driving but go out of their way to make sure everyone is well looked after. Can't wait for next trip in 8 weeks.

09-13 Sept 2024 -Kilarney, Gleneagles Hotel our destination. Ring of Kerry, Dingle Bay our trips. Price inclusive. Our coach driver, Josh, couldn't have been more helpful, informative and attentive. Will definitely be booking another trip!
