Well what can I say, from the minute we met Shelley to the final items coming into the house this company was outstanding. We were dreading moving two homes, one on a Friday and the other the following Monday, but the team at Gibbs made what was an extremely stressful time into something manageable.
Every member of the team, was kind, considerate, polite and gave us no end of laugh out loud moments. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even advised about placement of furniture in our new home 🤣🤣. I would thoroughly recommend Gibbs for any removals that you may need.

We dealt with Shelley, Rob and Mitch. Shelley came to quote and prepared the quote quickly, she was really easy to deal with. On move day although our move was quite simple, what I liked was that Rob and Mitch had a friendly positive attitude throughout and that goes a long way, especially as I imagine some moves can be stressful. They are clearly very experienced as Rob and Mitch know every angle and trick in the book to get awkward furniture through doorways safely and without damage. Overall really nice genuine people to deal with too. Thanks 👌

We had a great experience from start to finish. Shelley was great friendly and helpful from quote to booking the day once we had a set date. They guys moving us were great. We have a lot of stuff and non flat packs so they have some big stuff to move including a large amount of gym equipment. And rather than moan it's all heavy they were a bit jealous of it all. I would 100% recommend to all friends and family. It was a pleasure especially on a very hot day.

Gibbs moved us recently, had to alter the date a number of times which they did without complaint. Friendly moving team who moved things in one piece which I did not think could be done. Had them strip and rebuild a 4 door robe and bed with no issue. Overall cost was excellent, service.

They were amazing. Relocated us from Peterborough to Cleethorpes on 18th July. It was a very warm day. They were smiling all day, we had heavy gym weights and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you Mitch and Rob. You made moving day easy for us. Highly recommend you. Best wishes.

We used Gibbs last month to help move my elderly parents.
They dealt with Shelley initially, they're both mid late 70's and both awaiting operations and so very immobile, but she put them at ease and was happy to quote albeit through the chaos we were in to get them moved.
The removal day was a very hot sticky day but the guys were amazing (Rob & Dan - though huge apologies if I have got names wrong, should have done this review the same day then I wouldn't have forgot!)
My parents had some big heavy units and boxes galore.... but they just cracked on with no issues.
A personal thank you from myself to the guys as they made both my parents feel so comfortable about the fact they were moving mid chaos and listened to the tales my dad had to tell, that's a skill in itself lol!
Once again, thank you and we would happily use Gibbs again, though hoping this is now there forever home.
