8 of us jumped in the with Andy the Bald Warrior from Manchester from Walberswick to Southwold and had a great journey. Thank you for coming to rescue us from an hour walk home in the wind and rain. We were all very grateful.

Had a good experience with a ride from Darsham. However, subsequent attempt to book was extremely frustrating as they didn’t respond to multiple phone messages, forms from the website and emails over a four-day period. No response at all.

Terrible attitude. Asked for a return journey from reydon to southwold and back. Couldn't be less interested. Gave them 24 hours notice, sent an email and left 2 voicemails. Didn't turn up and didn't have the courtesy to say they weren't turning up. I wouldn't bother with them. Also left this review in our holiday cottage guest book.

My driver Jeremy was lovely, and I was absolutely grateful for him agreeing to take my fare. I had called in the evening and asked if they could take me back home, to South East Kent. Over 3 hours away, and they agreed to do it saving me a night of stress and anxiety!
The car was very clean and comfortable and we stopped on the way for a coffee and leg stretch while the car got some juice. The price was pretty fair at £270, considering it was just over 3 hours drive both ways for him, and he would've got home well into the morning. He was also very friendly and gave me some advice on things. I ended up going out a few days later and solved my first geocache puzzle 😊

Me & my two friends used this taxi company for our 4 days in southwold for latitude festival. They had fantastic prices (miles below any other company around), they were reliable, always on time, very nice & clean taxi's & mini-busses, and they have an absolutely fantastic staff team, who was happy to work around us, and make us laugh the entire of the taxi journeys. We had comfort knowing we could enjoy the festival with no worrying about the taxi home each evening. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will hope to be back & using this company for next years festival!
