Genius Within is absolutely brilliant. I feel honoured and privileged to have worked with this fantastic team . My coach made me feel so at ease during sessions and the results are amazing . Now I feel empowered enough to see my "genius within" and I now I help others find their potential and to thrive in life .

I have just completed my six sessions with Tamzin and have found her support utterly life changing. She's helped me organise my mind, supported me through an employment disciplinary process, helped me to rebuild my confidence both in and out of the workplace but most of all she's helped me understand that I don't need to dull my sparkle to fit into the world. Terrible! Booked 10 sessions & paid via ATW. Sadly developed serious illness which meant I had to delayed coaching.
They refused further coachingdespote ATW confirming
It could continue a further 3 months. They thenvalled and said have you heard from ATW? Yes.. I have already said they. Have confirmed but you refused .Please do not waste your money. Definitely NOT ND/ disability friendly

I’ve long been interested in how workplaces can leverage individuals’ strengths. Recently I read, and met the authors of, Neurodiversity Coaching (Dr Nancy Doyle and Almuth McDowall). Nancy is also the developer of the Genius Finder psychometric which is based on the psychology of individual differences and the theory of cognitive diversity. I completed Genius Finder myself today and can see how this could be a very useful tool for increasing understanding, appreciation of differences and overall performance within any team and especially in teams where there is known or suspected neurodivergence (which may be causing challenges in the team dynamic and/or individual/team performance).

I was very happy with all of my engagements from back office and also with my assessment.

I was unhappy with the coaching because I specifically chose Genius Within for a neurodiversity coach because they need to have a clear understanding of what specific challenges we face. The coach is not neurodiverse and I felt I was being coached for performance management.

It has taken me a while to respond because it took 6 months to find you and I get approval from HR. The impact on me is that I don’t get the coaching I need.

Since you come highly recommended I am deeply disappointed that you did not see the need to match my coaching needs to my requirements but it appears it may have been on my ethnicity which is insulting to both the coach and myself. It also reflects badly on an experienced professional coach, when the fault did not lay with her.

I am still in need of this coaching and would prefer to continue with Genius Within than go elsewhere. Perhaps when looking at inclusion we need to also be mindful of where our choices may impact negatively although the intention was good.

Sorry but it was completely useless & waste of time. Didn't work for myself. In the end I was just a piece of meat in this business transaction - work should ask for a credit note. Coach did not say anything new - actually I did as he said and hell broke loose.
