Travelled a bit of a distance to come to the Crafts Fair and brought the dogs too given some of the previous reviews. I’ve given it a somewhat generous 4 stars but to be honest whilst the estate is dog friendly it’s not particularly big and on a day like today there was a lot of traffic coming in and out. The craft fair held in the hall was okay but a bit small but at least it’s indoors so weather isn’t an issue. The estate itself is a bit run down and the mansion is at least for now derelict.

This was my first visit to an arts and crafts fair at Geilsland Estate and I wasn’t disappointed. Really nice stuff on sale and I bought some gifts for pals. I would go again.

Lovely estate with many paths to walk. Great for dogs and kids. Large events arena with regular craft fairs and other events. Nice cafe with good food and drinks, all reasonably priced.

Fantastic country estate with loads of facilities, open spaces, friendly and helpful staff.

Great on site coffee shop (Mocha Jak's) which is dog friendly too 🐶.

Extremely large Hall available for hire at great prices.

Was there for monthly Scottish Arts & Crafts market. The hall & cafe are fantastic - can't wait for work to start on the house and rest of the estate. Venue and cafe are dog & child friendly. Work has been progressing around the estate, and self catering accommodation has just been added. Estate staff are helpful and friendly. Enjoying seeing the estate progressing.

Lots of free parking, very clean venue with clean toilets. The cafe was heaving, must be good to be that popular, couldn't get in.
Went for the Scottish Craft Fair, that was good and free entry to that too, 1st Saturday of every month if you want to go.
