We went to York sat 2nd Dec we were told 725 pic up time as we're the ones going to Leeds and a elderly gentleman who was going to Blackpool our bus turned up at 835 am freezing cold -8 the driver was great but did tell us we should of had a text email with correct time on won't be using again

What a disappointment when you contact the company to draw attention to an issue that could potentially cause problems to the family name and the first time they say someone will call you back , the second time all of the important staff are out to lunch and will get back to you upon their return , alas it never happens , so with regret I shall take the dash cam evidence to the police and allow them to decide the best way forward .

Amazingly my phone rang within 15 minutes of this post going out , remarkable response time , clearly a reputable company with something to hide

We all went on the coach trip to Blackpool illuminations today there was a group of 18 of us one been in a wheelchair the bus had a wheelchair lift the driver george was great lots of patients and very accommodating and funny would highly recommend Garnetts coach trips very friendly personable services. Thank you George from us all.

Absolutely dreadful school bus company. Friday the bus forgot to pick children up until 3:50pm and then today left my 11 year old at school completely distraught, shaking and crying!! They left at 3:21pm, 6 mins after school finished!! Children saw her running after bus but driver didn’t stop!! Lost 2 hours salary as had to finish work early to pick her up. You have a duty of care Garnett’s it’s disgraceful!! The bus driver has also made jokes when pupils have said there’s pupils missing saying “they’ll have to walk” whilst laughing. You wouldn’t laugh if they got kidnapped and you were responsible!!

School bus driver very angry and rude. Always picks on a few people and has a few favourites. Seems to not see anyone else but the people he does not like, also the bus seats are always dirty and has a huge amount of dust on every one! Wouldn't recommend at all

I've had several enjoyable trips with Garnetts this year. The drivers are always fun and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable.
