Regarding Caravan 6. I now own this caravan which has been refurbished at great cost including new furniture , cooker, microwave, crockery, cutlery, curtains and cushions. A new cleaner has been employed who ensures that it is thoroughly cleaned between lettings. New photographs to be added soon.

We visited in late September, the site is well kept, clean and tidy. It's relatively quite with little to no road noise. The beach is easily accessible albeit a steep entry and egress so be careful. Good local amenities in a local corner shop, pub and obligatory fish and chip shop within a short walk. You can take a easy 30 minute walk along the beach to Cromer to the east and equally the same time to West Runton

For those who don't want to be surrounded by screaming children, or gave noisy club houses on site, this is a great site. Privately owned 1 minute to the beach it is a good place to stay. We stayed in 184 with direct sea view, spotlessly clean, newly renovated well be back.

We just stayed on the Gap this Easter had nice stay on the park although I was disappointed - we took our dog, she was on the grass and a lady decided to tell me - 'The dog best not wee on my lawn although the dog was on caravan park grass!' when I said she's not even had a wee' she said 'well the trimmings on my caravan!' I said 'she's not even done anything' and the dog was not even near her patio or caravan and hadn't even done a wee, found it a bit ridiculous in honesty. It was up top left of the park near where we stayed, apart from that we had nice stay - recommended that the site have a word with some of the caravan owners about the way they approach people on vacation,as it was uncalled for since its supposed to be dog friendly, but the park is nice most people friendly and the location is quite good, We had a nice stay overall but the above can be off putting for tourists, also a man down at the beach was rude to my husband for no reason at all who was working on one of the rides. I think the place is lovely but some of the people seemed unimpressed visitors were there over easter which is every seaside resort busiest time. probably would not go again but its worth a visit as the beach is lovely

The caravan owner we hired from seemed lovely and very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed

Fantastic position just minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach. All caravans are privately owned so mix of holiday makers and owners. The site is well maintained with a friendly and safe atmosphere. Minutes walk to fish and chip shop, pubs and local shops. 15 -20 minute walk to Cromer along the beach or road.

We have been coming here for 5 years and we love it. We are lucky to use my aunties Caravan so a great holiday for us and now have children it’s excellent for them.
The beach is so close just 2 hills to climb on the way back,so looked after. Lovely people around. Good fish but can’t say the same for the chips (had better) love the walk into Cromer and my daughter is mad about the 2p machine and the Ice Cream from the Windows ice creams. They are amazing...
Brilliant little village and we are looking at caravans to start our little adventure here in Cromer.

If you want a quiet kid free getaway then this is the place - local facilities are a short 10 min walk away and cromer is about 6 to 8 min short 3 mile approx drive.
